I ordered a Pike coffee, then used the washroom. It wasn't ready when I came out, so I waited. Then I waited some more, and yet even more. Finally, I asked 'How long does it take to pour a cup of coffee ???", at which time someone decided to finally provide a modicum of service.I will N-E-V-E-R, ever set foot in this location !

Sorry I keep forgetting to take pictures. I am not a huge coffee person so I don’t really like to taste the coffee and I want to get some every time I stop at this location. They always take a little more time to make mine a little bit more specific to me without having to ask for them to do it or try to explain it ( they just seem to understand and appreciate me). This last time I got a peppermint mocha and with the extra sweetness it was over the top and out of this world good. I would run not slowly walk to this place ( but afterwards slow down do a little shopping at Target or sit down inside the coffee shop) Well maybe sit in your car unfortunately I think this would be the only thing that they drop the ball in and that is the comfort, appearance and cleanliness of the place. It doesn’t scream sit down and make yourself at home ( which if it did they could make much more of an impression on you) however it doesn’t diminish my experience and opinion of the coffee and the staff.

Every single time I come here, my drink is never filled all the way. I order a Frappuccino with no whipped cream (various sizes) and it's only 2/3 full. If I ask them to fix it, the way they fill it up is by adding extra milk to my drink and blending it up, which waters down the flavor. I honestly stopped going here for a couple months because paying $7 for 2/3 of a drink is ridiculous. I came back today, and the same thing happened again. I've literally seen them pour excess down the drain without having filled my cup all the way.

One Starbucks to rule them all. This is the best Starbucks I've found in our area. It truly feels like a local coffee shop because they remember your name and greet you so kindly every time. Not only does the whole place have a positive vibe, but the store manager goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need and makes you feel so welcome. Love this place.

Strong Wi-Fi, friendly staff, drive thru and easy accessibility. Every time I’ve been in here it’s always been clean and has a good atmosphere. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. They always have a good selection of drink-ware and food for purchase also. The coffee is what you’d expect from Starbucks.
Request for 8 pumps of frappes roast, paid for it, and received the one with 5 pumps. Ask them to do it again, and i saw the lady (who do it) get mad…( but the thing is u do it wrong, what are you get mad for????)Then they gave me another one worst then the first

To be honest, I go out of my way to go to any of the other Starbucks stores in the area, and whenever I go back I’m reminded why… They’re stingy (at any other Starbucks if you ask for a drink sized up with extra foam, they’ll actually give you extra foam to fill it up… not here. They’ll fill it half full, and still not give very much cold foam.), the service is slow, and they often make drinks incorrectly. Not my favorite Starbucks. :(

Went in after walking down from work, asked for two drinks from Meg, forgot what the name of one of the drinks was and got flustered. I immediately apologized if i came off rude, i was just stressed. Go to wait for my drink, and hear Meg go to her coworker and call me rude. I specifically know it was me she was talking about bc she didn't ask for my name and then told her coworker how she did that intentionally to irritate me. newsflash, i don't care. just understand to look beyond what you think is going on.
