I don’t know why I continue to give this subway a chance. Literally every time I order delivery through their app, Uber eats, or DoorDash- my order is always wrong, missing something, has something extra, etc. and when you try to call the store, it says the phone isn’t in service.How hard is it to just make a sandwich?

Worst Subway ever!! Always out of things, the veggies are either frozen or slimy, maybe 3 types of chips on a good day. I hadn't been there in months because of this and recently decided to give it another try...still terrible! Go to Jimmy John's intead!!

No Subway is going to win awards for service, atmosphere or food and this one is no exception. The service is a little below par as they are unwilling to fulfil an order if they have to break out more meat to do so. They have never gotten an order wrong though and the food has been tasty.

Placed order in app - received call minutes later they are out of the ingredients.(Very common occurrence for this location.) Asked if they would just cancel order and was told I had to do it myself if the app. There is no cancel option in app. Called the store back and the associate told me he wasn’t sure and to call back in a few minutes. Still am waiting on a refund. Very poor customer service.

I stood in line for 10 minutes, and between customers and online orders, I watched Lucy crank out 12 sandwiches. Each one different, each one perfect. AND she kept her cool while being crazy busy. She deserves 5 stars.The only reason this is only a 4 star review was because, while Lucy was working as hard and fast as she possibly could, I had a clear view of her co-worker in the back literally just standing there and watching Lucy work with the rest of the customers.Lucy is a gem. This store is lucky to have her. And I wont be surprised when she moves on to a better opportunity where she actually gets some help.

Although the food puss good, they where missing a few things I wanted. But even though they were missing toppings, it’s an ok place to eat if you’re in a hurry.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Me and my friend just experienced this subway, and we both got a sandwich first off they didn’t have any of the fresh vegetables chopped up. There is very limited choice. Second off the spinach was wilted. The guacamole had tuna in it the chicken that I had was soggy and disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich.. when it was time to check out, the lady picked through my sandwich. When I walked over to get a chip bag, she was picking through my sandwich to see what it was. Disgusting. She made a huge mess of it. And then, my friend she wanted double meat and she only put two slices of cheese or meet on it. She Didn’t know what the correct order was. And on top of that the chips were stale do not go here and I will be getting in contact with somebody about a refund.

I walked into the subway at 11:05 AM. There was no worker in the front. You could hear someone rustling around in the back so I figured they'd be out shortly. I walked out at 11:16, no one ever came out. As I was standing there, I was looking at the food. The cheese looked old and hard, the lettuce was brown, everything was a huge mess. At 11 AM. How are things already messy? I'm glad they were not there, so I could just leave instead. I am not going back there.

This is the worst experience we've ever had. We ordered curbside and the order was supposed to be ready at 2:50. We got there at 2:50, parked in curbside and tried to check in on the email we received for the order. It wasn't working and it said to call the store, so we did. No answer. Called again. No answer. We had to walk inside. There were two workers making sandwiches and one slicing ham. We waited in line behind 4 others and when we got to the front, they were down to one worker making sandwiches. We told them about our order and he hadn't starting making the subs yet, so he started on it. He had to make 4 subs & during this time the other worker who was making subs was instructed to take out the trash instead before he left since his shift was over. The 'team lead' Lydia told him to do that. He asked why he should take out half full trash at 3pm and she told him 'we need to take it out once a day.' She continued to slice ham the entire time while we were waiting on our subs. Two other customers behind us walked out because it was taking so long with only one worker making subs. We finally got our order after 25 minutes. We confirmed with the worker who made our sandwiches that we got the right sandwiches because we were seated while he was making them and didn't want to hover over him. We specifically asked that we got the Bella Mozza and twice, he said yes. We got home and were excited to eat after waiting so long and realized that 2 of the subs were wrong. One wasn't toasted and had the wrong cheese. The Bella Mozza only had ham and didn't have mozzarella, so we didn't get what we paid for. The other 2 subs that were correct were cold because they were made first and it took so long to finish the other 2. We have been to this location many times and this has never happened. Very disappointed that slicing ham for 25 minutes was more important than helping customers.

The sandwich was very good. I had a newspaper insert valid Subway coupon good until last week in June and when I approached the door, there was a posting saying no coupons accepted. That was the only reason I went at this time. Very disappointed. Then his store also had the signature pad which asks for tips. That needs to stop too, imo. The employee was nice enough, but could do nothing. Going to a different Subway which I called that takes their advertised newspaper coupon.
