I ordered two hamburgers (one was a meal and the other only added fries). As the only person in drive-through around 8 p.m., I expected that my order would take time. The drive-through attendant was courteous and let me know the delay (2 minutes) was because my fries were cooking. I got home, and one of my fries was fresh, but the other one and both burgers were obviously not cooked to order and were very disappointing. $21 for a fast food meal in the norm nowadays, but I'd like for my food to be somewhat edible and at least warm.

We ordered two pineapple Fantas, and when we tasted them, they tasted like juice. After looking at the receipt, the manager had UP CHARGED us for 2 pineapple mango lemonades. I confront him about it, and he goes "Oh I thought you said lemonade. We don't have pineapple Fanta at this location." So he just assumed he heard the more expensive drink to charge me more.

Asked for no mayo, ketchup, and or mustard then they still put it on the burgers and I can't eat mayo at all so they ruined all my food so I went back to getbit fixed then they just gave me jr baconators insteadof the normal ones. This place is a joke and always problems with this place. Never going back.Update....my kids begged me to get them Wendy's and I haven't been here in over a year and they still are horrible and messed up the order and food was gross and covered in ketchup and mustard when asked for no ketchup mustard or mayo. That is the last straw and wont be going to Wendy's ever again.

I haven't had Wendy's in well over a year, but my roommate talked me into it today. We both had the breakfast baconator, no sauce, and the breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were thin planks fried to GBD and seasoned phenomenally. The sandwich was also cooked to perfection. The service was a little slow, but they are hiring, and the lid on my drink wasn't secured all the way. All together this was an all timer Wendy's experience.
Came here around 10 o'clock at night. The guy threw my food at me and my food was cold. He was rude you would think in highlands ranch Get a little bit more classy or service than that. This is the kind of behavior I expect on east
