I've always enjoyed the Apple Pecan salad but in the last few months the salad had less chicken and less cheese. I thought it might be that it's just an aberration but it's permanent. I don't want to pay for a container of lettuce and a few wedges of apples.

I sat in the drive-thru for almost 20mins yesterday waiting for my food AFTER I PAID . While I was waiting the guy running the pick up window was asked to assist another customer inside . Another employee came and handed me my card and when the other employee returned he had completely forgotten I was there and almost gave me another person's order and asked for payment AGAIN I had to tell him I'm still waiting for my food, then looks over and see my food that had been sitting there the whole time without apologize then had to ask for my frosty he rolls his eyes,hands me the REST OF MY ORDER and I went on my way but the place is clean and for the most part the employees are kind with exception of the 1 employee I delt with yesterday.

This Wendy’s has ok food but a few things. Drive thru takes forever, expect 2 minutes per car in front of you. Also, they don’t honor the Denver Nuggets NBA deal for the 6 piece nugget. The guy who took my order said it “sounded good” when I asked for the free 6-piece nugget but I got charged anyways.

Don't expect much from fast food places. Hard to believe expecting less. Sat at the order box for 5 min without anyone coming on. It was busy, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. After seeing 2 cars leave from the window without being helped, I pulled out and went inside to find 2 more customers leaving angry. Kitchen staff just standing there. The cashier was bouncing from the Fries to the cash counter. Only spoke Spanish so there were difficulties there. No one helping her. Finally had a man walk up to the counter to just stare at me expectantly, no hello or anything. Wasn't going to wait another 15 min to see if the food even came out. Do better Wendy's and help the people who actually put forth an effort and retrain or replace those who apparently choose not too and stand in the kitchen laughing instead. Good thing Chick-fil-A is down the street.

Worst Wendy’s location. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes….. there was only 3 cars….including us. Food was ice cold and we were missing several items.Came back today to try inside to get 3 frostys. Finally left after 25 minutes of asking for help several times. The employees just shrugging and kept pointing at the worker in the drive thru.This Wendy’s hasn’t changed the 5 times we have been here. New management clearly needed.

0 stars came in and a lady was helping a gentleman in Spanish which I speak as well when it was my turn she walked away there was a gentleman cooking wearing a head set he gave to her and walked away for a break. After looking at me making eye contact and not acknowledging me as well. The lady started to bag drive Thru orders. Then after waiting too long as I saw 5-7 employees with Noone else in the building or drive thru then finally the guy from drive thru came over and in the most annoyed voice said "what u want!"Nothing already been to much for anyone to even address me as a person wanting to give money for some food! I have been boycotting Wendy's for some time and I guess it's to much for anyone to be pleasant or take my money as I was willing to give another chance!Thanks Wendy'sHighlands Ranch

This place sucks. There are a million employees just standing around and they still can't get my order right. The cashier was visually annoyed and kept shaking his head at us.

The interior was very clean. The sandwiches are not as good as I remember. I had a spicy chicken and it was on the dry side.
Always a wait in the drive thru. Decent fast food, good burgers and fries. Not overly friendly service. What do you expect?
