I used to work at the frothy cup 3 years ago and would come here all the time before my shift. I still think about their Neopolitan to this day, and come back whenever possible. The owner told me she got all the recipes from her Bulgarian family! Which I think is super cool, and is reflected in their delicious pastries

Stopped in during an overnight stay to acclimate in Idaho Springs prior to heading up to Keystone. Owner was very welcoming. I tried a Lemon and Cheese Pastry and it was delicious. He offered to warm it and wrap it so that I could eat and walk. Flaky pastry with a rich cheese filling and tangy lemon curd. Highly recommend!

The Gold Standard of Eclairs.Quiant, unassuming, and non pretentious. In a society where shops try to be extravagant and deliver mediocre food. Edelweiss goes for no frills and a fantastic pastries.
