Fun places to bounce around and climb for children and adults. Staff was very friendly! Food prices are a little high. The only disappointment was the Zombie Event is not really an event at all. No zombies, just normally dressed staff playing hide and seek with the players.

Perfect After Prom! My kid’s after prom was here April 2024 and it was fantastic. The level of professionalism, customer service and overall quality entertainment was amazing. The staff was great to work with and they managed our last minute changes perfectly. Highly recommend!

Way too expensive. My wife and I took our daughter to meet friends for a playdate. $69 for her to play for 2 hours. If we only had to pay for our child, fair enough if it cost even $40, but no other place for kids to play charges that much for parents, no where. And it's extremely loud. The dj concept is probably to help cover up how crazy loud all the blowers are. It's not a comfortable environment for trying to talk to other parents.For $69 we will not be returning.

Had a bachelorette party here & we had so much fun !! The staff is so helpful. Christopher is the best, we ran into some complications but he went above and beyond to accommodate our party! Will definitely be coming back because of him :)

I have to take a moment to recognize the huge effort and continual investment and dedication to providing and improving upon an ALL ages experience at Bounce Empire. As a parent, I absolutely love having a chill upstairs full view lounge to have a cup of coffee or wine (depending on the time) while I watch child just play play play. The staff is above and beyond friendly and kind. I can't imagine what it takes to run a business like that and I met one of th family members today and she was one of the kindest, hard working and artistically talented people I've met in a while. Thank you Bounce Empire for an amazing day!

What we experienced at a birthday party at Bounce Empire was like, the royal treatment. Every part of their high-tech process gives their customers a futuristic sense of safety & care. From the greeter at the door to the gourmet chef downstairs, every employee treated us with genuine attentiveness. When we didn't know where to go, someone took time to walk us to our room. When the café was out of their vegan option, Chef Jorge (I hope I got his name right!) went above & beyond to spoil us with an impromptu EPIC salad (truly a work of art). Seriously, someone is doing an exceptional job training their employees to treat each & every patron like an important human being.Service aside, the kids had a really great time. Lots of fun things to bounce between with Bon Jovi in the background. Overall, a pretty enjoyable experience!

Just finished my second visit of this place and have nothing bad to say the food is great the drinks are great the obstacle courses are all super fun and swap out semi consistently, the special events are super cool especially the raves and having the 21+ area is so necessary for a family environment. And the staff is lovely highly reccomend!

I thought this place might be kinda lame but even as an adult there is so much cook things to do. Honestly, this is probably more for adults than kids. So many of the Inflatables are so large that I'd avoid bringing kids under five there. Really exciting place worth at least trying once
