Knocked off a star because there isn't a place to go and grab your online order.. they want you to wait in line to pick it up... this is the whole reason I order online, so I DON'T have to wait in line! There's an area right when you walk in to hand out online orders and without waiting. Please adjust this, it will help with congestion and get online orders in and out

Customer service was not great. Staff were very rude and acted like I was asking for their social security. All I wanted to was to purchase a pastry. I will be taking my elsewhere.

Ordered from an app online and arrived at the specified pickup time and the store was closed. The shop attendant said they had been closed since noon, the apps should have been turned off and he had nothing for me. First and last time I will patron this business.The app was Too Good To Go.

I love the cakes and desserts here. First time we ordered a custom cake it came out perfectly. Beautiful and super tasty. The 2nd time we ordered a custom cake it looked perfect. Exactly what we wanted. However, the taste of the cake left a lot to be desired. The jam and icing in the cake made it way way too sweet. The taste was not worth the money that was spent on it. It was basically just nice to look at.

This place makes, hands down, THE. BEST. CAKE. I have ever tasted. We worked with Alana to design our wedding cake and weddign dessert bar, which included cake pops, macarons, and cannolis. Everything was delicious. My husband is not really a "dessert person" and rarely eats cake, and he said it was the best cake he'd ever had. All of our guests loved it and there were barely any leftovers at the end of the night! The cake pops are also the best I've had. I love the variety of flavors and designs they have for you to choose from! Everyone we interacted with was very kind and supportive, helping to ensure that everything turned out exactly as we had envisioned - and delicious!
Really good food & I love that there are a ton of GF options. The sandwiches are by far my favorite. Tiramisu is great! I did try the cream puff & the eclair but didn’t like at all, the gf breading was not tasty.My biggest complaint is the additional fees they charge you on everything! Check your card when you check out cause they add almost $10 extra in service fees etc every single time I’ve been.

Poor customer service. Ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich I wasn't happy with because the fried chicken wasn't very good. Took one bite and asked if I could return the sandwich or exchange it for something else off the menu that I'd enjoy. Was told "we don't do that just because someone doesn't like something". Any other food establishment would have been happy to comp my sandwich or let me exchange it for something else off the menu, especially since I barely took a bite out of it. Waste of my time and money.

Stopped by on the morning of 1/15. Ordered an almond croissant and a bacon egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Haven't made it to the croissant yet but the sandwich was insanely good. Hot, fresh, full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and big! Bacon was crispy but not hard, eggs were cheesy and fluffy. Last but not least the everything English muffin was airy and light but also could've been an absolute banger as a stand alone item with some butter or cream cheese. Cashier was also patient and helpful! Can only imagine all the other pastries, cakes, cookies, and pies are equally as delicious. I live in Denver but if I'm ever out near Lafayette again I will 100% be stopping in.

I love Button Rock’s pastries, their sandwiches and sushi, but tonight I received this from my husband.I asked him to buy sourdough and this is what they sold him. This is not sourdough, and it did not taste anything like sourdough and it wasn’t even good :(Very disappointing to sell fake sourdough haha Come on, guys!I will stick to Moxie for my bread now ?♀️
