Great staff, fast service, clean facility, covid guidelines followed.Have tried delivery and pick up.With pick up we get our pizza faster as they usually have pizzas ready made to go from a hot oven.

should change their 'hot & ready' slogan to 'made to order,' already. would be faster to pick up and then cook a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

Went to the store on Saturday, Feb 27 21, around 4:30pm, the attendant was rude, he was definitely not making absolutely no effort to help, quite the contrary. I used to go to this store often, everyone was very courteous, first time i had to deal with someone in such a bad mood. Lost a client.

Cheap and best!!!Yes, there are better pizzas ? but it is rather acceptable and better them many of the pizza places that charge 2 to 3 times more.You can also think of it as a good base, the dough and sauce are good. Add your own toppings and fresh grated parmesan cheese ? resulting in a very nice pizza.

I placed an order for a deep dish cheese pizza with light sauce, a deep dish supreme pizza, bread sticks and Dr. Pepper.I called to ask if he could add crazy crust to the order of placed and the man cut me off every time I started to ask a question. He said that they have no say over what is ordered on the app and I can request a refund. I was like, I haven’t even asked my question yet?! How do you know what I even want? He repeated himself. To which I asked his name, and he actually said he wasn’t going to give me his name. I asked if he was the manager and he IS. He IS THE MANAGER?? I don’t know who the owner is but if you’d like your productivity, your sales, your customer appreciation to increase, I would be more than happy to help. All I wanted was crazy crust!! It’s not available on the app or online so how hard would it be to oblige your customer and report to those above that this needs to be corrected because it’s popular and requested often? Then looking at the supreme I ordered, it’s apparent that they literally took an already cooked deep dish pepperoni pizza and threw the vegetables on top... uncooked?! The finale was the Diet Pepsi I received instead of Pepsi.When did it become ok to treat people like that? Customers? I enjoy treating people how I want to be treated. I know many people who would appreciate the jobs that the boys in the store tonight have. I’m not sure how he obtained that position and continues to work there but I can assure you, we will not be back.

We have never had a problem grabbing a good and cheap pizza before, so I'm disappointed. Hardly no cheese of course my kids picked at it but usually they devour it
When asked for the order we had placed the guy at the front desk got nasty. When we called the store to say we had an issue the manager gave me attitude and called me a lier. RUDE
