Well.... If you too want them to put plastic on your burger and perfectly wrap the bacon around it on purpose I would really recommend this place to you!!! I've heard that eating plastic is definitely super healthy and good for you! In my opinion they should add it to the menu they could call it the plastic wrap deluxe I mean cmon

This is a second try since national burger day. If I could give them a zero I would !! On national burger day they ran a special so I ordered on line and when finalizing my order the special was not applied. When I picked up the order the employee told me there is nothing that can be done. Today I went back to this location and is not clean . The food tasted bad. The strawberry shake tasted bad I could not finish it . I didn't bother to say anything because the staff doesn't care. I will never do business here again . This place is very poorly managed. I left feeling ripped off. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

If you have never had smashburger, please do not go to this location. I don't want you to have a first impression from this dive. It's appearances that it's not very clean. It's definitely not thriving from a service standpoint, I'm sorry we're out of fries. Oh, I'm sorry we're out of onion rings. Oh, I'm sorry we're out of this. Oh I'm sorry we're out of that. Lemonade was empty. Diet coke was water only. You can tell this place is not cared for. It is not thriving and is most likely not going to make it. The food was decent for what they were not out of. The staff is like a bunch of lost kittens. There's no ambition whatsoever and the manager can't even find his manager card for the cash register. So he's got to keep on walking over from the cook area to punch in a code on the cash register. This is not a great location to represent the smashburger chain honestly avoid this location at all costs.

I have never witnessed such rude counter people in my life. Monday Oct 2nd around 2:30 or 3. There were two young kids working there and neither were very customer focused. The male that was there was extremely rude and the female was even worse. Cussing at us using the F bomb, because my dad got his burger and finished the whole thing before I got my food. So I went up to the female to inquire, and she fired back at me about how wings take 20 minutes and I said you should tell the customer that then, and give them the option of waiting on the burger. She told us to get the F out of her restaurant and to never come back. The restaurant was not clean either. It was gross. The manager was there. He was a stand in manager from Fort Collins. James. He stepped in and said he heard the whole thing and was running it up to the local manager of the store and corporate. She was despicable and has no business working with the public. She needs to lose her job

I ordered a meal and the guy was paying more attention to the fly on wall then actually getting my order correct. I asked for my drink with the meal and he stated with attitude you didn't order a drink. By this point I'm annoyed and say can I purchase one then. He hands me 2 water cups and says here just take these!

Black bean burger was frozen and almost not able to purchase it... But they did get it cooked with some extra time needed. They did send my Brussels sprouts out ahead so I could get started on then while I waited.

Very slow, unorganized service. They seem very confused and get orders wrong most of the time I come in. They served the person behind me before I got my food. I only keep coming back because I love dairy-free shakes, but when they make 1 shake and it takes 15 minutes to get the other one, I don't love their melted dairy-free shakes that I have to put in the freezer when I get back home.

Food was just as good as any other smashburger, the restaurant was exceptionally dirty. Sticky tables, no ketchup, floors were disgusting, chairs were covered in old food. Clean it up, very unsettling.
It was good untill the employee who was all tattooed was late for a shift and then proceeded to talk about how he "had mad fun wit his girl , and how he smashed her mad hard.....made me not so hungry for smash burger anymore...

This branch of Smashburger messes up your order 100% of the time. Definitely don't have food delivered because your order will most likely be incorrect and they don't answer the phone there. Fortunately tonight I was able to call Grubhub and get reimbursed for the burger with toppings I'd requested to not have on as well as the missing shake. You need to go in and open the takeout bag to double check your order and make corrections while there. Also I'm always blown away at how disgusting the kitchen is. It's a reflection on how far down this operation has gone. Really unfortunate that there seems to be no effort at making improvements.

It always takes forever for them to make my food. Even when I’m the only one in the building. Not sure what other fast food places are doing that this one doesn’t… anyway I will still probably keep coming here since it’s the only open food place in the area in the evening that’s not trash

The food is exactly what I want in a burger place. However, they have given me someone else's order almost every time I've stopped in... which works out as long as I check and let them know. However, if you order delivery, you are screwed since they have no way to fix it (unless you luckily wanted whatever the other person got!). I'm hoping they figure out the technical glitches because the burgers are really good!! But I only order these days if I have a backup just in case.

This place used to be awesome but has gone steadily downhill. Tonight we went at 9:05 (they close at 9:30) and the woman working was super abrupt and rude to my friend. Immediately when we walked in, she gave us a really nasty look and rolled her eyes. She then interrupted my friend's order to say that her order "better be simple and to go because they close in 20 minutes". My friend's order was incredibly simple and to go and it took her about 4 minutes to make total. No one else was in the store either, it's not like there was a line. My friend was super polite and apologetic the entire time, and the woman working was rude through the whole interaction. The food was okay, but seriously I don't know if the service could be worse.
