This isn’t directed at the one employee that was working by herself, just to preface what I’m about to say.I get that it’s early in the morning and breakfast probably isn’t a busy market, but if I place an online order and arrive by the pickup time, that order should already be done or well on its way. I’m not understanding why it isn’t being prepared until I walk in the door and taking close to 20 minutes beyond that.From what I could tell, there was just the one employee at the store (not the manager) doing all of the prep and trying to manage orders by herself.The store opens at 8 a.m., but yet the second employee and the manager don’t show up until well after 9 a.m.?Seems like the one showing up on time should be the one with the salary.On top of all of that, I went to take a bite and the eggs weren’t fully cooked. I had to finish cooking the sandwich before I could eat.90% of the time that I visit this location, I’m greeted with an attitude. There are a few kind employees (the girl this morning being one of them) but the manager gives the vibe that she’d rather be anywhere else.I get it - the food industry isn’t fun, but being efficient can make it a lot easier for everyone.Also, this was the second time in a row that I ran into this in this time frame for the same order (two sandwiches).

I am genuinely very confused about the negative reviews on here? Granted, I will say, every time I have gone, it has been completely dead or maybe like... one other person ordering, so that could be a factor. I tend to go at off-hours, apparently.That being said, the staff here are really nice. I typically order online but have done a couple in-store orders. It's usually this same girl with glasses and she's very nice. Sometimes its someone else, point is though, staff is very polite and helpful.Also, delicious sandwiches! I'm kind of picky with how my sandwich turns out and they ALWAYS do it right, even for online orders!

I waited in line and saw a woman with a tattoo on her neck making sandwiches. Then she reached over and touched the computer and told the gentleman's total. The cashier came back with a bag of lettuce and handed it to the girl with the tattoo on her neck. She then opened the bag of lettuce with the same glove she used for the computer. The cashier touched her mask several times while touching the computer. I cannot eat at this place. I walked out.

I would give zero stars if it was a possibility. I ordered 8 footlongs at 9:23am for a 3:45pm pickup. When I arrived the only lady working was super rude. I let her know I was picking up an order and sat down. Another family came in and she stopped working on my order so I asked if my order was ready, she said NO and next time you better order for catering if your going to order so much. I let her know that I ordered this at 9:23am and already paid for it at that time. Her name was Adeline ( I think) as she mumbled her name when I asked and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude!

Great place to stop for a quick sandwich. The coupons I received in the mail worked here but they have a few sandwiches that they don't allow you to use the coupons with.

Nothing was CORRECT!! Half the order wasn't even there! Said they got busy! LoL. You have no clue what what being busy actually is.

Sometimes you just need something quick and somewhat healthy. Subway ticks those boxes. This store is quick with mobile orders and not usually too busy. The staff never seem thrilled to be working. More than once I’ve heard one say that they’re looking for another job while making my sandwich. Food service is hard. Make sure to leave a tip.

After not having subway for many years. We thought that we would order our sandwiches. Well, the order was wrong very disrespectful staff. Nothing has changed with this store. Read reviews for other stores....almost the same thing. What they need is to get a whole new staff that is more welcoming and nice.

I put in a pick up order and it was not ready when I went to pick it up. After 6 min I asked about it and the girl behind the counter was rude stating she was busy. People that came in after me were taken care of before me and my order was over 15 min late being prepped. I will never go here again.

HAIR IN MY FOOD. NO HAIR NETS AT ALL. THE PERSON WHO MADE MY SANDWICH HAD BLONDE HAIR AND I PULLED OUT A BIG STRAND OF BLONDE HAIR OUT MY SANDWICHNEVER EATING HERE AGAIN THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. This happend twice

Clean place with a very helpful staff. They have the option of a veggie patty which I was looking for a year in New York. On m my visit to Colorado finally found it here.
