Service here has been pretty hit or miss.My biggest grievance is the wait times. I always order online, and most of the time the order is not ready at the expected time. I've waited inside for up to 30 minutes after the expected time, which is just too much. I was excited to find an acai bowl place close to me, but very disappointed when they gave me a pre-made bowl that was frozen solid and couldn't be eaten until it started to thaw. And the bowls are small. Not worth the money.

Angel, at this location, is the best person to have make your food and smoothies if you want them made well and consistently good. I went to the Lincoln Ave locations in Denver yesterday and they had to make my smoothie 3 times to get it right.Came back to the Lafayette location today and my food and smoothie were made perfectly the first time.
