Food came out fast but other than that not much going for it. It was honestly not bad though. I enjoy when I can just get my food and go. I will say I wish the food came out looking a little better, though. They're just quick, quiet, and effective here. If that's for you, that's for you. If not ?

First off I'd like to acknowledge the young lady at the window, was refreshingly kind, efficient at getting my order ready.... I'd give her a 5 Stars...However, the food (Chicken Pot Pie) had a huge gap in it... There was only 2 small pieces of chicken, and only a tiny bit of filling in it... The crust good, but totally caved in... It appears that the quality hasReally gone down hill. I use to love their #chickenpotpie use to pretty great at one time.I got home and found not even a half of a pie. I really miss those days... when I could get something so good from #A&W /#KentuckyFriedchickenrestaurant, that wasn't from a burger fast food restaurant. I'm not mad just disappointed that the old day's of the #AandWresturant from my youth. I guess I won't buy that again. #foodquality #restaurants

So I placed my order they gave me the total I drive up to the window. I handed the cashier my money and, she's takes it, then it suddenly dawns on her that the manager is not there and they don't have the cash register set up and can only do either exact change or card. One that's poor management if the manager is not there the store shouldn't be open especially if the employees don't have access to the registers. Also the girl was rude about telling me they dont have anyway to give me change. She also should have mentioned something at the box because then I wouldn't have wasted my time or her time knowing I only had cash and they weren't accepting it currently. Poor management, rude employees, bad business.

The option to get a family meal i seen online was not available. This was a bit disappointing but it was explained to me that is only a online promotion so i would have had to order online to get it. Other then that i liked my choice to get some food here.
They take forever and their ice cream machine has been down so no milkshakes... not a great location.
