bro i wish i could give zero stars - came to have a drink and some food and we could not have had a worse experience. the service was already so so slow but when my friend went to the bathroom she passed our server sitting on her phone picking her nose. like for real. i wish i was joking bc I had already eaten. The food was mediocre but what do you expect from applebees right ??? at least not to feel like your insides are writhing after leaving. immediately after standing up all of us noticed and talked about how terrible our stomachs felt. i almost yakked in the parking lot and then again when i got home. I will never be seen at an applebees again yall. wild. wild.

Colfax Applebee’s. My burger was overwhelmingly smothered in pepper. Everything else about the burger was good. The Triple Chocolate Meltdown (cake and ice cream) was a letdown, but the fudge was hot and delicious.I just had the same items the other day in Seattle, that’s why I was stunned by the difference in quality.There was one waitress who wasn’t assigned to me who was the most friendliest one there, who gave me my menu and checked in on me once while I was waiting for my order. The waitress assigned to me was having a bad day (I assumed). Did not see her smile at all the whole time I was there. Not too busy around 11pm with only about 10 other guests assigned to her.Despite all this, I gave a 20+% tip, but not for the service or food. Wish I could’ve given it directly to the other waitress who helped me out first.

Placed an order through the app and it was declined for unknown reasons (called my card company.) I tried to call the restaurant to see what happened and the phone rings off the hook until someone hits a button or something that makes it just stop ringing altogether. Terrible service.

They forgot that we were waiting outside for curbside pick up.Food was just sitting there and already cold.When we got home we realized the drink was not in the bag so we were missing drinks too.
