This is a pretty typical Arby’s location. There is a greater focus on the drive through customers than the counter customers so it may take a little longer if you want to go inside and eat. The detail on the sandwich build was a little off with large portions of the bun not having any meat because it was all piled onto one part of the bun.

Best Arby's around. Good fast food, great staff, and welcoming environment. A couple of suggestions: bring back my potato cakes and the new bacon is too sweet for my taste. We go at least once a week. Highly recommend.
I had not had any problem until now 02/15/2024 they served me at around 7:15 pm because the person who served gave me the cold sandwich, did not give me sauces and DID NOT RETURN MY CHANGE ?

Arby's is delicious, of course, but check out their Reuben. Add more sauce. I've spent the last year abusing substances. Furthermore, who could resist Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers?

We had a terrible experience at the 44th & Sheridan location, so awful that we had to cancel our order. Tiffany is fantastic, which is why. My spouse is a hard worker, so although eating out is a treat now that fast food prices are higher, poor customer service is not recommended. Tiffany at this site made amends with a worker at a different location. essentially said, "I don't know what happened, but that's not how Arby's does business or how we are trained." She is always welcoming, kind, and caring when I visit this place! You're amazing, Tiffany ?
