Such a neat place! Tried the gins and light whiskey, lovely by themselves and they make a heck of a cocktail. Neat atmosphere and the bartenders were happy to chat about their product which is always fun to learn.

Super rude, nasty service this evening from a brunette female who refused to bring our drinks to the table and literally kept staring us down while communicating she was ready to leave; two of the three staff remained quite aggressive in communicating our service was unwanted with the two literally standing with coats on by the door hours before the posted close time announcing literally as we walked in they would soon be closing. It ruined our evening and (from the female bartender) was the most hostile service we have ever received from any establishment. We will absolutely not be returning here again.

No food served, although periodically they do hire a catering truck. Service was not great as it took longer than it should to be acknowledged and to get a drink. Unfortunately they do not serve beer, so cocktails (old style) are what they have. As far as ambiance, I feel like this is a place where the staff gives 95% of their attention to the regulars. Which to a degree is understandable, however they could have many more regulars if they were friendlier to newcomers (reason for only 2 stars).

I shouldn't tell you about this place because the added volume will ruin it for me but this place is beyond awesome. Every drink has personality and packs a punch. No BS at this place-no food served (but a food truck once a week or you can order something to be delivered) and every spirit is made here. Every spirit. No beer. Enjoy.
I’ve been to this distillery about six times. I had a much different experience a few weeks ago. There were two employees behind the bar and one customer at the bar and the two of us. We were not greeted upon our arrival. We sat down and waited for five minutes before I noted a sign over the bar say “Order drinks here.” I never saw it before and the servers alway came to the table. We order our drinks and the server did drop off the drinks. They were excellent. We ordered the second round of drinks and the bartender slid the drinks in our direction on the bar near where we were sitting. We finished our drinks and left without a word from the staff. I left with a feeling that the staff’s was missing a sense of hospitality that we experienced during previous visits.
