Very good food and excellent menu variety. The food took a little bit longer than I would have liked. Only other complaint is that it is very loud inside between the music blaring and people trying to talk over it.

Even though this is a chain the food, drink, and service are amazing! Work trip to CO stopped for dinner two nights in a row for the amazing shrimp tacos and pizza!! Great beer and spirit selection and food always comes out hot!

Everything was really good. I had the tri-tip and scampi. My wife had the soba noodle dish she really enjoyed it. They had a great selection of beer as well as cocktails, both virgin and alcohol based. Pizookie was the highlight for me. Had the strawberry one, and it was fantastic. The only complaint would be that they didn't have the Sriracha Brussel sprouts and there were a lot of gnats in the restaurant, but it is also springtime.

Food is ok for the price ordered delivery and items were missing white cheddar mashed potatoes strawberry sauce for dessert might not sound like a big deal but people are paying a lot of money to eat here they should get everything they order especially when soup alone is 10 dollars

The most disappointing meal I’ve had in over a decade. Took me a while to do some research because I ordered from DoorDash and it was called slo roast. Ordered the tri-tip. Wanted it medium rare got it well well well done. It literally had a flavor like it was boiled for hours and left out for days. The smell was unbearable. It arrived cold and rancid. I’m pretty sure it’s been sitting around for a few days. After one bite I started vomiting. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. Absolutely disappointing I will never ever ever order from here again. Be warned.

I was picking up my order, upon arrival I was told the crafted root beer was unavailble, then Kayleah went to grab the 2nd option - that was unavailble... Kayleah was super nice and helpful about it. When I asked to be refunded for the drinks she grabbed the Manager, Mike. He explained they had the bottles available which was great. Kayleah is an excellent example of customer service: throrough and patient. Same goes for Mike, he was really kind to fulfill my order with the alternative and provided two more on the house to meet the drink difference. Leaving me a happy customer. Either way, I know the food is great so soda or no soda - I'm happy. Thanks BJ's.

We love BJs. It is amazing how big the restaurant really is. I like you can make a reservation. I don't enjoy sitting in the main aisle of the restaurant as the cold air blast that comes in every time someone comes in through the revolving door is not enjoyable. It is also expensive, but the kids meals are the best value.

Food is very mediocre. Ordered pizza on their 1/2 price Mondays and they were cold when picked up 3 minutes after being altered order was ready and if I had known 1/2 price means 1/2 the toppings too never would have ordered pizza here but glad I paid 1/2 price and not full price for basically dough as there was very little sauce, cheese or toppings. Had to doctor up at home.Have had dinners a few times here and the vegetables are just horrible - broccoli was cooked 1 step above raw and asparagus was tough and was swimming in oil.Had the cheesesteak and was so dry (bread and meat with like a 1/2 slice of cheese) had to ask for a bunch of condiments to drown it in. They seem to run out of the prime rib and pork chop often so maybe they need to order more as these are more the popular items???Costs are pretty steep for the quality of food they put out!
