This place does not deserve one star. Customer service is the worst thing I've seen... they don't listen to you when you talk to them... I don't know who they think feeds them IF not the customers.

Had a great time eating with my family. The food was fresh came out quickly and was all correct. The employees were very accommodating and the restaurant itself was very clean. I only wish the play place was open but you can’t win them all!

I can't count how many times I've stopped at this location in the morning and nobody is working. The lights are all on but there's not an employee in site 3/1 being the most recent. This place is literally the worst run business in town.

Manager on duty is a disgruntled troll of a lady, did not greet guests and treated everyone as an inconvenience- took them nearly 10 min to address us, then three people behind me left. I wanted to add another drink to my order and waited and waited and waited- no acknowledgement at the counter at all. Not a word not a nod. Finally got it and she was slamming the cash register and change. Employees yelling at each other in back.The place is dirty and uninviting, playground unlocked but closed- which is too and because the drive through has been great before. She just be having a really bad day- but get her some help or some customer service training

Always closed at random hours or out of everything.
Another one that has to say they are out of the mushroom swiss. Get rid of the menu items you cant seem to serve. So frustrating going to different locations to get the same B.S. excuse all the time.You guys put a teaspoon of sauce on spicy wraps it defeats the purpose of it. You get rid of fiery nuggets to have wraps that you never have or make wrong as well. Quit putting items on the menu you refuse to serve and quit getting rid of actual good items like ghost pepper nuggs and fiery nuggs. All you restaurants want to charge up the a$$ to pay your employees then they cant even do their job.

Hands down the nicest burger king, let alone fast food, I've ever been in. Atmosphere is nice, the playground though closed looked nice, the lady at the register was extremely nice and personable. I don't live in the area but when I come down the hill and craving Burger King I'll plan to stop

My husband and I were in the drive thru ordering our meal. The person taking our order was rude and as we moved up to get to the second window to pay and get our food. We happened to be parked by the first window while in line: in that time we witness an employee handling the burger patties with un gloved hands. He touched the cooked patties and then reached into the freezer to pick up raw patties to put on the grill and without washing his hands, returned to touching the cooked patties again. We decided to just leave the line after witnessing that. Will not be returning to this Burger King
