Worst Burger King I ever been to!! Will never shop there again. Cashier is very rude. Everytime I go there I have a problem with the staff. The food is horrible as well. Need to clean staff and get a new crew

The cashier seem to be racist. I came to the mall with some disabled clients. The cashier Christina took our order, we handed her the cash. She threw the receipt and the change on the counter instead of handing it to me. I watched her as other people (whites and Mexicans)ordered there food She handed them there change and receipts. This is very poor customer service. I will not allow my clients or myself to eat at this establishment again. Christina was very rude and unprofessional

Terrible service, the employees always have a bad character when serving, they give you hamburgers without lettuce because they say it's over and they don't even tell you before you buy them to decide if you're going to want them, so they don't give you napkins or what you need. I could have given it 0 stars, and their soda machines never have any flavor, but I see that problem in almost all of the burger kings, a terrible taste in the soft drinks, and worst of all, they refuse to use coupons, it's a horror to eat there, and it took hours. in serving food

Tried to order a burger without a bun and it would have been easier stealing the gold from fort Knox. I watched the cook in the back place the food on a bun and then take the beef off the bun 3 times. I then proceeded to let the person that took our order know what I just witnessed and again reminded that person, NO bun. That staff member then decided to inform me that it was for a different order. I quickly spun around and said for who, as only 2 people where standing there. Me and my daughter.... Hmmmmmm. They need help in all aspects.
Extremely rude staff, laughed at me in my face because I couldn’t understand her broken English. Didn’t know how to use my coupon code and laughed the whole time while I stood and waited for my food. Would’ve paid to not experience people like this, overcharged, spoke zero English.

They don't even have plastic trays, so you have to eat on napkins. I feel sorry for the cleaning people that have to deal with all the mess on the tables. What fast food restaurant does not give any trays? How am I supposed to eat?!

Clearly, based on the reviews this is not a very good Burger King. The fries had obviously been sitting there a long time, the bun was falling apart it was so dry. The lady up charged me without asking and on top of it. when I went to leave, I asked for a refill, and other lady had a bit of attitude and told me she would charge me a dollar for that. It took forever to get them to pay attention to me for the refill and the third girl was just standing there sorting pepper packets, inti groups and did not even look up. This was a crazy experience, and I will definitely never go back to this Burger King, and possibly not any again.

Lackluster is the way to describe this Burger King, even when only comparing it to other Burger Kings.The place was readomably slow for the time I ordered my food, so the wait was pretty small. That being said, even with a simple cheeseburger order, they managed to have it prepared pretty cold. Like the cheese was not even melted.I guess them being besier during lunch actually forces them to cook, cause this tasted like a fridge ready meal.
