I'd give 5 stars, but the pricing is outrageous. Someone said this place was better than Doba and Chipotle. Yes, it is good food. But I could get 2 burritos at Chipotle for the price of 1 burrito here. Here, you don't have many burrito or bowl options. Honestly, all I can say. The food is good. But pricey. If you want a good price and more options, just go to Chipotle.Kid-friendliness: I took my 2 yr old with me and the staff were nice enough to acknowledge her when she said hi and bye. Not many places do that.

This place used to be great. The only reason I go anymore is free meals in the app. The service is terrible. The last few times my (very simple) orders have been wrong, and with barely anyone in the restaurant, an online order ahead meal takes 15-20 minutes. There’s like 4 teenagers working who seem like they could care less about order accuracy, any aspect of customer service, etc. I’m just glad I’m not paying for the food when I go.

The smallest portions I have ever seen. Rude cashier, Sunday 2/4, 5pm. Ordered tostadas, the portions are so stingy they all fit perfectly on the tortilla, it looked like an appetizer. This is not consistent with other locations. Poor value for $11, for $6 this would be more appropriate.
This was my first time visiting Cafe Rio. I was just picking up an online order, but upon going in, the restaurant was clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and my meal was really good! I had a quesadilla with the sweet pork barbacoa. So good! The pork was sweet and juicy and an acceptable amount of cheese to top it off. Will definitely be coming back to try other items. I wish I would have taken some pictures to post.

I have been to this location and the Highlands ranch location. Go to the Highlands ranch location instead. No issue with the way the food tasted but for the price this location gave us super tiny portions in comparison to other cafe Rios I have been to.They didn't honor the Tuesday deal for tacos, rice/beans and drink for $8.99 even though it was listed on their website either. Also some of the employees were leaning on the food counters scrolling on their phones.
