Food is too spicy. Not given what I ordered. This place has an "I don't care" attitude with customers. Completely horrible experience. I won't go there again.Dietary restrictions: No onion, no spice. If has to be spiced MUST be mild. This was over spiced AND overcooked. Fries were spiced and too salty, had to throw them away.

We had been on the road for 8 hours, and had another 1.5 hours till home. We practically ran into the Chick-fil-A with about 5 minutes or less till closing time. The employee we dealt with was absolutely a delight. Our food was ready very quickly, we were able sit and eat and we're back on the road in about 15 minutes. Were were very grateful for not being made to feel as though we were an imposition. Thank you!

The only time I order here for work the food is over an hour late, of course for a room of executives that are not too happy about their lunch not arriving. This was through their direct order on their site not uber eats. Makes me look bad, and there was nothing I did wrong.

Most times going to the drive thru here is a great experience and the folks at the window are always friendly. On March 13 my wife and I were having a particularly bad day and were in a rental car because someone rear ended my jeep. We pulled off to the side while they finished our order. An older gentleman brought the food out and shoved it in my face telling me to “stay home tomorrow” I assume because the rental car had out of state plates and it was suppose to snow. It costs nothing to be nice man. I did not appreciate the unsolicited comment and having bags shoved at my face. He then walked off mumbling something I could not make out. Just made my bad day worse.
