I have been to so many chipotles in my life, and never, EVER have I had a burrito as good as I had tonight. It might sound like I am kidding, I am not. My FOREARM sized burrito was wrapped to perfection in the tortilla and mixed perfectly together. Amazing job to the people working the closing shift on 1/2/2024.

The cashier wearing a mask has no customer service. My Apple Pay wouldn’t go trough and she was getting annoyed. Luckily I had cash and she even checked a $20 bill are you serious is not even $100.

Unfortunately today was a fail for customer service. Ordered food for the whole family including 1 kids meal. The staff didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate the order and they only filled the kids tray up halfway with rice and beans (cheap ingredients). When I asked for another 1/2 scoop of beans they went to put it in the 3rd tray! I also noticed some shrinkage on the kids chips… also a cheap item.Do better chipotle.
