I had nearly given up on Chipotle having poor experiences at the Mills location. This spot on Union is a godsend. Hardworking, polite, smiling people and good portions.

Ordered online and picked the order up. The worst part is paying $8.10 for BROWN guacamole. The avocado chunks were literally brown like 3 day old guacamole. Asked for extra lettuce and barely got any as well as sour cream or cheese. Very disappointing ☹️!!!

Food prices and service good, generous happy hr margaritas 2 for one. Only complaint is music to loud and have to talk louder than normal but I will frequently go there regardless.

I ordered chicken and rice and the chicken portion is so small and I still get charged full price. I chatted with their customer service and they don’t offer a free entree or anything anymore. The customer service has really gone downhill, so we won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Food today was pretty bad. It was really dry, tasted old. Forgot my veggies on my tacos. Overall the flavor was bland and my tacos tasted like they had been sitting and drying out for a while.

They now charge ¢50 for double wrap and nearly $12 for barbacoa. This level of greed is crazy considering I only get burritos double wrapped because they can’t keep employees long enough to train them how to properly wrap a burrito (mine was literally half open). The pandemic has been over for 2 years stop increasing prices. Support a small business instead of this greedy corporation.

This is a joke right? The portion is skimpy and looks like kid’s meal. Ordered it as team lunch and felt absolutely disappointed. Is it because my name showing Asian? What’s the reason? Why gave me a teaspoon of rice, a teaspoon of meat and a teaspoon of everything else?????This location is ridiculously cheap on food. Not worth the price I paid and tipped.

I come here at lunch at 11ish and it’s always the same 3 girls working and they are awesome!! Best Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

I do not know all these new teenagers but the people that were here helping me before for so much more efficient and better at this job now I feel like I'm getting skimped on my meat all the time literally like 5 to 6 pieces of steak in a bowl and most of it is chewy pieces of fat I'm also noticing how they are only half spooning rice and beans this last time I paid $40 for two steak bowls and we were still hungry afterwards. Not only that why is the guac always Brown now it's supposed to be made fresh? This is a location that I'm sure stays busy so I don't understand why nothing is fresh. People work hard for their money to be able to enjoy a meal your employees are not mindful nor do they care about the quality of food they are serving.
