Instant cinnamon roll is always a victor here.The dude servicing the place was very loud and friendly dude. Had a small chat and even got me a feshly baked roll. Dude knows how respect a goblin!

NO HATE TO THE COMPANY CINNABON, JUST TO THE ONE EMPLOYEE. This women working at Cinnabon on Friday Dec 15, 2023 at around 10:20 Am, was rude from the start. I ask if they took mobile pay and she just looked at me rolled her eye and goes “mhm” and then my father who’s looking at the display of the food, asked if there’s anyway we could have extra of the glaze and she’s goes “umm what do you mean? You mean the icing?” And my father was like yeah is that okay? And she goes “it’s ganna cost extra, 85c “ and then under her breath she goes “okay well I’m over here, you literally see me.” Her attitude is absolutely not okay, she started the interaction with a terrible start, and I’d like an apology for my father.

They were letting one girl work in there when there was four other employees just standing around doing nothing. I decided not to order anything and walk away. So that girl didn't have to make it all for me. Whoever is owner you need to take a look at your employees they are lazy.

They ran out of cinnamon rolls, minibons and bonbites. They said the next batch would be ready in 20 minutes. Not sure how that happens since cinnamon buns is all they sell. They were also only accepting cash.

It has been years since I have had a Cinnabon, but while walking through the mall I could no longer ignore the sweet cinnamony goodness calling me. I immediately noticed that they have a lot more options other than just a big cinnamon roll. I have always thought that the best part of the cinnamon roll was the ooey-gooey middle and what do I find? An option for just the middle! I went up and ordered my roll and to my surprise they even heated it up for me, which made that gooey goodness all the more wonderful. They have really delicious coffee options here now, too to enjoy with your cinnamon roll. Every bite of my cinnamon roll middle was just as delicious as I had been expecting. I devoured the whole thing without an ounce of guilt. It was definitely worthy of 5 stars. The only thing that prevented me from giving the full 5 stars of excellence was the fact that both times I have come here to fulfill my craving, the employees seemed irritated at having to do their job. It is a bit offputting to seem like you are inconveniencing someone who just has to pop a cinnamon roll in the microwave. Other than that, I will be back to enjoy this sweetness!

Went to Cinnabon at the mall when visiting my son at college. We had a coupon for 2 for 1 deal for cinnamon roll week. We ordered a cinnamon roll and the girl said they had none of the big ones so she pawned 2 small dinky about a quarter size ones fo 6 bucks really and she shot back that we should happy with what we got. We traveled quite a ways to get treated poorly. Love cinnabon rolls but could have left the attitude and lack of customer service.

Shelby was absolutely awesome. I was picking up rolls to bring to the Transplant floor at UC and had no idea how much I actually ordered. Sue immediately offered to help carry one of the 3 massive bags to my jeep.

Employee was an extremely rude and lazy teenager. I asked for a four pack, she said they were out of them. I asked for a six pack, she said they have no packs. I am very confused how they are out of packs since I could see about 8 cinnabons sitting in the case. Even so, if she was out of the boxes she should’ve given us four individual ones for the same price as a four pack. She wasn’t willing to help us or tell us what was in or out of stock. Seemed to me she was just too lazy to make more or put four in a pack. She also was wearing a gray sweatsuit with a ton of stains on it, she didn’t look professional or clean at all. I will not be returning.
