Usually I love del Taco, the affordable vegetarian options and overall quality of the food for the price makes it a go to regular for fast food. I was disappointed by my last visit to this location, it seemed like no effort went into making my meal (a cheddar quesadilla and bean and cheese burrito).The quesadilla fell apart and had almost nothing inside, while the burrito was just sad. I love del Taco but that was an upsetting surprise I hope can be corrected.Vegetarian options: Great option for vegheads, good prices too

Editing first post from months ago cuz i cant find where to leave new review.Today 3/1/24. I ordered 2 fish tacos and a drink. I get home to find i have what i think is chicken. Chicken with onion. No cheese, no lettuce; no tomato. They do not answer their phone and no voice mail set up. I drive 4 miles out of my way each direction for their fish tacos. No more. Food and customer service have declined.Yesterday I stopped and ordered a shake, got no confirmation of order total. Waited a moment and I pulled up to the window. a female snarled at me and said what. I repeated my order and she turned and walked away. I left

We were excited when this location opened years ago. In the past year or more they have continued to decline. Service is poor, borderline rude, no management ever available if you have an issue, and the food, you are lucky to get anything made recently. Stay away from the fish anything. Old,cold, and tastes like it was made last week. South Wadsworth location is much better. Lack of caring, lack of concern, lack of everything here. No quality control, food never fresh, really disappointing considering how close it is to us

Terrible service and serving cold food wish there was a good del taco
Hands down the worst del taco I've been too, I live around the corner and the service and food quality has declined over the last year.Today i ordered the loaded queso beef nachos, only one half had anything on it and it was way more sour cream than queso and almost no beef.I also wanted to try the new birria tacos, they show them on the picture with two layers of tortilla with cheese between, onions on top and supposed to come with consume. These were lacking any cheese onions or consume.I sat in the drive through for almost 20 minutes before they even let me order, and then it took forever to get the food out, there was not a rush happening at the time.I'm extremely disappointed especially for the price of these extremely small tacos and not being correct.

Im so grateful for this Del Taco location. They’ve been there for me through some really hard times and some really happy times with friends and loved ones. Whether it was a happy or a sad occasion I could guarantee a good cheap meal with friendly service. I love Dell taco. I love this location. It’s the only one until Broomfield thank you Del taco Union Street. Y’all are the best and don’t get enough credit. It’s a hard job.

Utterly incompetent. I placed a mobile order, was charged, and at the location they had a “system issue”. While I understand tech issues happen, they where extremely rude. No way to cancel the order, according to them, and now I have to deal with issuing a chargeback.
