I live near this restaurant and eat here once or twice a week. It is consistently very good. I usually have breakfast but lunch is also very nice. In addition to the good food, it is a friendly comfortable place to spend an hour or so. Highly recommend.!

Crazy bad service today? It took 50 minutes to get our food and that was after one of us went up to get menu's after sitting for 30 minutes. Normally a good place to eat after a round of golf but not today. Won't be eating there again soon.

Really great place for brunch but they stop serving at 11 on a Sunday. Which is bummer. They should at least serve breakfast until 12.

Wanted to go for a nice walk around the area. Stopped here for a quick late lunch. It was a tad crowded as the Sunday tournament was ending but it was a lot of fun to watch everyone. The service was great, attentive and very friendly. The firecracker shrimp was to die for! Such great flavor. The shrimp tacos were good as well. It was a super hot day, but they had outdoor seating with large umbrellas, so you didn't get blasted by the sun. Great experience highly recommended. You also don't have to golf to eat here. Overall, 5/5

The Den at Fox Hollow is so very close to us and we realized we hadn't been in all the years we've been in Colorado. We had no idea there was a golf tourney in play on the Sunday morning we came. Finding parking was our first clue and challenge, lol. We finally did find a spot, found the restaurant and were seated outside. Their views are quite serene and you'd never know there's a busy road nearby. Fox Hollow is a gorgeous golf course. We didn't expect amazing things because as they saying goes, keep first things first. Breakfast was better than either of us expected. My burrito was mediocre but the green chili it was smothered in was delicious. Same for his omelette and bowl of green chili. The views were great. The service staff were great as well. Check them out and decide for yourself.

Appetizers were brought out right before meal. Not enough for everyone at our party. Oops, we didn't transfer the menu over to the Den' s event planner correctly. The cheese and salami board was good. However, the wait staff picked it up and took it back into the kitchen, and there was still food on that platter. It should have been moved out with the rest of our food so we could have had more. A couple of the staff were rude at times, telling people to move away from the main entrees while they were setting it up. They could've been a little more polite The food had good flavor, yet portion sizes were below last year's. The majority of the food was cold, even though it had just come out of the kitchen. Granted the majority of our group was starving and couldn't wait for it all to be placed.The butternut ravioli was a mess, all different sizes, and some of it was tough. The prime rib appeared way too small and thin. Maybe a better description on the menu would have help. Granted, we could go back for more. Vegetables were cold. Again our impatience probably played a large role in that, as people towards the back of the line didn't have cold vegetables. Staff was very prompt and organized when told to start shutting things down. Water and tea were removed and could have been left out until the very end. I understand that the 'bar' should have been closed, due to some of our concerns for some of our groups partaking.We held our club Christmas party here last year and everything was fabulous. The staff was friendly and didn't make you feel rushed. Unlike tonight. When the club decides to come back again next year, I hope that they will be the friendly, courteous staff that we've had in the past and except for the couple this year that weren't on point.I know we changed our format, silent auction, awards and guessing games, so that all of our club members could have a great night as well. May have given the impression of being rushed.Dietary restrictions: Requested ranch and blue cheese dressing to go with the salad. the only option was a vinegrett. Which not everyone likes. Not sure if this was missed when transferring to the events planner or not

My food was cold and I got food poisoning from it. This is the second time I’ve experienced this. The first time I fell ill from a cup of tea. I felt like I wasted my money today. I don’t believe this restaurant practices food safety.
