Can't tell you about drinks or food. I walked in, graphic music was BLARING, and no one answered the inside window even when I rung the doorbell many times, so I left with my mom (4/9 @ 3:18pm). I come to this Dutch Bros every single day before work, but today I had a really bad experience. The lady that made my drink was unnecessarily rude when I asked her to remake my drink because it was made incorrectly. I apologize for being inconvenient and said thank you and she just looked at me like she was super pissed off that I asked her to make my drink. All of the other employees have never once been rude in the slightest. I understand some people have bad days that’s why I tried to leave it as it was but it really bothered me to the point I felt the need to make this review. I hope these behaviors are corrected in the future, and if any management would like to reach out, I’d be more than happy to answer any questions

Stopped in to fuel up before road tripping from Denver to Las Vegas! It was our first time trying Dutch Bros and it did not disappoint! We ordered a Golden Eagle with oat milk and it was delicious!! There was a bit of a line but the staff was incredibly friendly and quick with serving up everyone's orders. Very much looking forward to my next trip where Dutch Bros is located (fingers crossed yall make it down to the Carolinas).

If you are looking for smug service and a condescending tone this is your place. I wanted a 16oz drink. I don't know what their sizes represent. After getting shown a 16 Oz cold drink as a small with an eye roll. I ordered a hot small drink. Which was 12oz. The order taker complained that she "couldnt hear a word we were saying." Turn your music down! Inside and out it's cranked! I've gotten great service at other Dutch Bros. I don't know why this person was so unaccomodating and bothered by our valid question. I'll find a other place to go. As there are many...

Got a large vanilla latte. It was over $6 bucks! It tasted muddy and gritty. Just awful. No vanilla flavor and was not sweet. This place is a rip off and the coffee isn't very good at all. 7-Eleven has cappuccino/ lattes that taste way better than this and only cost two bucks.

Service is always pretty decent but coffee should not take 20+ minutes in a drive thru. No drive thru I’ve ever been takes more than 15 minutes, this is my 3rd attempt of having to wait over 20
