I’ve been here twice. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup, I clicked the “I’m here” button and the app said someone was on their way out with my food. I waited 25 minutes before going in and asking about my order. They weren’t busy at all, so I don’t know why they couldn’t bring it out to me. I was parked in the closest spot to the door. I asked someone about my order and she brought me to the inside pickup shelf where it was sitting cold. It was just one bagel. I went again today and just chose to pick it up inside this time. I’ve added a photo of the ridiculously tiny amount of cream cheese they put on. Maybe this location it great for ordering in store, but they really drop the ball when you order online/ through the app.

Don't EVER come here!! They took forever to make our bagels and when we got them there was almost no cream cheese on any of our bagels if I could give them a 0 star I would.

Pick order placed at ~7:20 am forPickup at 8:00 am. The blueberry muffins that should have been in my brunch box were substituted with apple streusel ?. Really? OutOf muffins 1 hr and 20 minutes after open? First disappointment. Secondly, the “twice baked hash browns” in the box obviously weren’t even cooked the first time around. They were inedible, the potatoes were so undercooked they were crunchy. I felt sorry for the lady at the register, she could barely keep up while the line kept growing. Do better, Einsteins. Giving 2⭐️⭐️ because the items that were as advertised actually met expectations.

Just started a new job on this side of town and had a few minutes to grab something half way healthy. This was the WORST idea ever. Rotten spinach on my bagle sandwhich and a hair. Will bot EVER go back to this shop again. They shouldn't even be allowed to serve people food.

This location is THE worst. They never get a Door Dash order correct, and it's always thrown together in a way that shows they really don't care about serving quality food. Every time, the food sucks. I waited a very long time and tried again today to give them a chance. Today, I spent way too much money on a messy item that was supposed to be a breakfast bagel sandwich and to top it off, a half frozen hashbrown side. Really....half frozen. They didn't even bother to put some heat to it. Go anywhere but here. I won't ever make the mistake again.Edit after response from the restaurant:No, thank you. Your response is a canned one. Every time I have ever ordered from this location, it was disappointing and mostly inedible. I won't be reaching out further, and I won't pander to your request to edit this review to be more positive. I can't be the only person you have heard this from in regards to this location. Wild idea, start there and do something about it. I won't be going back no matter what kind of coupon you offer. The food will be the same... I'm good. Thank you, but no, thank you.

These guys really took care of me. I ordered a door dash and when I got it the coffee wasn't right and the sandwich wasn't right. I took the order back and not only did the correct the issue they were very kind and apologetic about it. Definitely appreciate your customer service.

Horrible experience I had this morning. We ordered early, around 6:50 am, only received our food at 7:20, even after customers after us already received their orders. Employees claimed we were already called, even though they rushed back to make our bagels. When they quickly made it, it was haphazardly thrown together, barely toasted, barely any cream cheese on it. Horrible experience, employees and manager did not seem to care for us. I hope action is done with the manager in charge to fix this. If you are considering going to this location, please go somewhere else.
Manager said she always calls everyone back from interviews even if they dont get the job. Time determined that to be a lie. Ill pass either way

I had a pickup order and ordered it at 12:20pm it's 12:55 and I'm still standing in the restaurant waiting for a large orange juice and a chorizo sunrise sandwich. I don't think it's very convenient for anyone in a rush honestly when ordering ahead you expect your order to be ready in 15-20 minutes but it's been a while and the people who order in store definitely get their food faster so don't bother to order ahead if you are in a rush it'll just be slower :/ very disappointing and I don't think it was worth the wait I would have gone somewhere else if I knew it would take 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Im still currently waiting for my order. They just now came up to me to inform me that they are out of the correct bread.. overall really bad experience im not sure what happened usually I have really good experiences here but it's usually when I walk in so definitely don't order ahead but maybe walking in would give you a better experience. UPDATE: I was also given a free sandwich card for the long wait but it expired last year.. :/

The staff was friendly and did a good job serving us. However there is no seating anymore in this Einsteins. It sends the message to patrons to get your food and leave. This seems like a poor business decision all around especially with a busy cafe next to this location.
