I woke up this morning craving a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese. I thought to myself “Where can I get a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese?” I decided to take a visit to Einsteins. The bagel I received did NOT in fact have a lot of cream cheese. I am a God fearing man, however NOW I’m an Einsteins fearing man! What an abomination my bagel turned out to be. I am typing this from a place of love. I love your shmears and all I wanted was to enjoy and appreciate them. Do better and maybe I will come back. But for now I am stopping by my local 7/11 for some off brand cream cheese.

Today I took my mom here to get breakfast before work. We weren't acknowledged for about 5 minutes or so but we understood they were kind of busy. When the blonde girl came to the register to ask us if we been helped she had an attitude. We Lso noticed she was still wearing the gloves she was using to make people's food. While taking our order she was touching her headset and hair. After completing our order (not proving a reciept) we watched her start making our order with the same gloves on. I was completely grossed out. That my mom asked the lady to change her gloves. She rolled her eyes took off the gloves put new ones on without washing her hands. The instead of throwing the food away she touched. She completed our order and served us the food she was preparing before she changed her gloves. She also didn't make my sandwich correctly. $30 went down the trash because of the service and the disgusting intent to serve us "your headset. Your hair, your POS system. And attitude.I am a regular here but I no longer will be. Because I am absolutely disgusted that someone is okay with just serving and treating people like that.I'd ask for a refund, but I called the store and was hung up on, because they r to busy.

Ordered a simple drip coffee at the drive through. It was cold and tasted like yesterday's pot. If you can't get coffee right I don't want to try anything else.

The cream cheese we got on 3 farmhouses was absolutely LOADED with salt. Completely inedible, unless you want salt poisoning. I assumed it came pre made? Somewhere someone was disgruntled or something, because that salt was absolutely insane.

Worst service ever at 490 Wadsworth BlvdLakewood, Colorado 80226 Friday at 9:05 a.m. October 21, 2023.In drive thru for 20 minutes at pickup to watch the 4 staff in kitchen toast at least 30 bagels for bags going up front before getting to my drive-thru order for the #1 first bagel item on the drive thru menu.They must think others are more important than those in a drive thru?We drive-thru to save time and not to burn gas idling and warm up the planet.Corporate needs to change their priorities.

I love this location, they are super super friendly, they make you want to come back, when I do go, it’s like they make my work morning without even knowing….they are fast with your order, I highly recommend this location, the customer service is phenomenal!

Came from out of town and saw there were two stores within 800 feet of each other. Should have chosen the other one, the person working today was short and not very pleasant. Too busy with the AirPod in his ear I guess. There was literally no other cars and nobody in the store, so could have been a little friendlier. The food was fine, looks like he just slapped everything together of course.

The customer service here is the worst I have ever seen. The general manager has no business serving food. Extremely rude. There are other einstein bagels that care about the customers and their product this one does not.
They left out the most expensive part of my order, and you can’t connect on the phone. Glad that I at least didn’t leave a tip

Didn't have the coffee I wanted, waited 10 min for a plain bagel and cream cheese and it had literal chunks in it of whatever they just used the knife for.Complete f@$king fail. This location sucks, regardless of drive through.Hope someone gives you all the same service you give others.Is that an insult or compliment? Well it all depends on you, doesn't it?

I didn’t enjoy my experience the two times I went here. My first visit was through the drive-through It’s possible that was the cause of the miscommunication and the reason I got the wrong items. However, my second visit was in-store it appeared the workers were either too slow or they were understaffed. It was unclear which registers were open and where I should wait to order my food, apparently I chose the wrong register as customers that came in after me went to the other one and we’re being served before me. I didn’t appreciate this and decided to leave a minute or two afterwards since they had yet to take my order. I frequent this shop as its close to my work. I might try it again every few months to see if it improves.
