Ordered delivery through Grub Hub, the food was delivered without the dressing for 2 salads, no pickles with 4 sandwiches and 1 out of 4 cokes missing, ordered express delivery for an extra fee and it took nearly an hour to get here, asked them to deliver to office on 2nd floor, left at the front counter instead, also tipped 20%, def should hot have. When I called Firehouse to complain, they were very rude. And, they made me drive to their store to pick up the missing items.

Came in at around 8 after an event at the school up the street. Everything was put up like they were closed, the open lights were off, and chairs were on the tables. They legitimately looked like they were done for the night. I read the time on the door, and it said they were open, so I pulled on the door and behold, it opened, although it appeared as a shock to the employees that were there. No greeting, no "welcome to firehouse" that is usual affair. Ordered my food, to go, as not to inconvenience, and when I got home, it was pretty bad. Everything was drowned in sauce, just dripping. No one finished their food. It was just bad. My bbq sandwich was dripping mayo. It was a little much. I don't really recommend this location. The location by Belmar may be found more satisfying.

An employee named Destiny was sitting with her butt on the counter when I walked up to the register, was swearing behind the counter while making my sandwich and to top it all off, there was a hair in my sub when I got home. Never visiting this establishment again. Not much for managing and teaching these young crew members manners and work ethics
