Update: Well, things have changed. I left the review below 9 years ago and this place seems to be struggling...The dining area is decent, but my goodness go down the hallway to the restrooms at your own risk. Absolutely disgusting. I'm not going to take a photo of the men's room for fear this place would be shut down by the health dept.On the door side of things, same issue at most garlic knot locations. Way too much cheese and like, no sauce. The ingredients are actually decent ... But the ratios are way off. Fix that and you're on the right track.Kids that work here are always nice ... So there's that.Used to come here all the time. Haven't for a while until today. I can't see myself coming back. The owner has responded to many reviews that state the lack of sauce, yet still hasn't made the change. It's really simple man ... Use twice as much sauce and half as much cheese. Just try it and see what happens.9 years ago .....Best pizza I've had in CO so far. Grew up in NY and am quite the pizza snob. Ask for extra sauce. Kids that work there are always friendly as well. I still search for good slices, but this is my go to.

Ordered a pizza and it. Was. AWFUL!! No red sauce, undercooked, and it looked like all the pepperoni had been put on only one half but it was hard to tell since the cheese had been pulled over the side of the pizza! Terrible place, do yourself a favor, drive to the Garlic Knot on Wads by 285 and avoid this place at all costs.

Food is delicious but this restaurant is screaming for a top notch deep clean. Dust is a mile high and mouse trap right invisible sight behind the register if you look on the left side. Nightmare just made me not hungry anymore.

It's real New York style. A lot of people say it, but few can. Very nice people! I go there whenever I can. You should try it!

There's a giant stenciled sign that says "slices"Are there slices for sale? No. No slices. But the staffer days unhelpfully offer to sell me a small pizza for four times the price, but, sadly, no slices.Store itself is a bit dingy and the kitchen area is plainly well-worn if not outright dirt.No ide how the food is since they don't have slices, despite large advertising suggesting the opposite.Recommend avoid no point in wasting time.

0 stars. wish i would've seen these reviews before ordering. Pizza had no sauce and was undercooked. Pizza looked like it was delivered in a backpack. all toppings and cheese melted to one side. Ordered a large, had one slice each and threw the rest away. Garlic knots were spongey and cinniknots no different. I wouldve rather eaten a frozen pizza for 1/6 the cost of this place.

Ordered Lunch Special from Door Dash...Salad, cheese pizza and a can of soda. I got stromboli, 5 garlic knots and no soda. I called and asked to speak to the manager and all he said was oh well that's a bummer. Door Dash takes forever to refund and theybdont refund the delivery or the tip for the dasher.

My delivery order was made wrong by garlic knots and when I called they said nothing could be done because they have no delivery drivers I ordered my calzone thru Uber eats and garlic knots said it was an issue for Uber eats even though garlic knots got the order wrong Brody the "manager " said with an angry attitude he wouldn't help me and abruptly hung the phone up on me. I will never never give business to this place again

This place was filthy inside. We went to dine in and all the tables for filthy dusty the highchair was dusty the napkins holders were filthy. Our plates were filthy. And our pizza wasn’t the best I’ve had. We will not be coming back to this garlic knott location.

Not as good as the other garlic knots that I've been too and in that regard it was disappointing however that being said it was still better Italian food than a lot of places.

I really wanted to like this place. I grew up in the NYC, Jersey area and even if it wouldn't be the same I was hoping this place would at least offer a good slice + knots that I could visit often. I mean it did have both NYC and garlic knots in the name. Sadly after eating here, I rather order pizza hut or another chain that's nearby. Where to start... the garlic knots were completely inedible. I ordered to go, but I took a bite before driving back home. I had the displeasure of having to keep that taste in my mouth for the next 10 mins. The garlic knot was pretty hard and bland. There was a taste of improperly prepped dough lingering. Part of the knot had also gone stale and was rock hard. If I took my grandma here, she would of cracked a tooth. When I arrived home I inspected all the knots and they were in a similar state. Some of them had softer spots, and I took a bite out of curiosity. Unfortunately the softer parts were bland mixed in with that bad dough taste. Visual inspection of the knots showed me some unrisen parts of the dough which lead me to believe not only where they prepared wrong but were also made at least 3 days earlier + reheated a few times. Next we had a pizza, it at least looked good. The taste would be maybe a 2.5/5, at least it was kind of edible. It was loaded with a bit too much oil that seeped onto my table through the pizza box by the time I ate the two slices I could stomach. Based on what I saw, I don't see how there aren't health violation going on in the kitchen. I would save the money and avoid the place.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I just received a pepperoni pizza, the easiest pizza in the world to make, and there was no sauce on this thing. I peeled the cheese away from the crust and it was laughable. Go else where and save your money.

I wish I would've read these reviews before I came to order take out. Listen to the negative reviews. I have eaten at other garlic knots and they've always been awesome. This place would save a lot of money and get more return customers if they would invest in training their employees how to make pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was overcheesed, under sauced, undercooked, and inedible. I made it through one slice and tossed the rest. The garlic knots had great texture, but no garlic, no oil or butter... basically breadsticks. All the ingredients seemed OK on their own, their staff just doesn't know how to assemble or cook them.I would like a refund. Looks like the management is responsive on here, so please let me know if that's possible before I dispute the charges through my credit card company.
