If I could post less than one star I would. Went in at 7:20 for a quick, healthy breakfast and nobody was around. Waited for 10 minutes before leaving. Not sure how a business can make money when there is nobody there to operate it. Not to mention the safety of the store? Sorely disappointed, will not return.

I just ordered a mega mango and got charged double for it. And I asked for the vitamins because I forgot to ask, and she (during 1/2/2024 shift 12pm white lady about 5’7” brown hair) charged me for it. Then I said isn’t it free and she said yes actually it is, so I asked if she charged me a dollar for it. And she said no. Before I left I checked my balance which showed getting charged double for my drink and also the vitamins, I asked her to look into it. She told me to wait and wanted to help other customers. I eventually told her my lunch is ending and I have to return and if she would comp the drink for me. She said yes, but when I called to make sure she will do it, she’s not answering my multiple calls.

Though today I give props to the young boy who's taking orders, making orders,answering phones all at the same time and is calm through it all. I think his name is Sheamus. If I could give 0 stars I would it is 10/23/23 at 7:47pm and I got denied service you guys close at 8pm and you want to tell me your actually closed when I walked in just now... funny doors are not locked 13 min to make 1 smoothie this is disappointing

This is a $10 "medium" acai. First, the owners are trying to run a business with one employee. Took a long time. I've ordered this at other locations and it is always dark and filled to the rim of the cup. I don't want to blame the employee. These issues are owner responsibility, especially lack of support. I now see how a Jamba Juice can get such low ratings. This one used to be as good as the others. I feel sad for the employee. They were flustered and I could tell they were overwhelmed and tried very hard. So I didn't push it. Disappointed
Doesn't pick up the phone repeatedly hung up when I called after ordering ahead and they gave me something completely different

This Jamba Juice at Belmar is nice! I love Jamba Juice overall. Their selection of menu items is great. Also was excited about some of their new seasonal products for fall. My daughter and I got the pumpkin bowls! Super delicious. Priced fairly considering their size. There was only one person working the place. She attended us really fast. The place is clean and colorful. Ideally placed in the center of belmar plaza too. Will be going back for their smoothies and other bowls!
