Worst service ever ?? ordered a beachclub and it had no avocado went back for a second time and still received sandwich wrong spoke with manager (Mikey) he was very unprofessional and rude definitely not going back.

Why do they answer the phone “hello”? It’s like their personal phone? Then you say “hello”? THEN they say “jimmy johns”. Super weird . Bunch of kids who don’t care how they answer the phone or make the sandwiches. Let’s just give them money so the owner can go kill more elephants . This will be my last time for sure !

Honestly, I am never one to leave a bad review but I go to this location quite regularly because it’s by my house. Out of the probably 15-20 times I have ordered here over the past few months.90% of the time my order is incorrect. I add bacon and then it doesn’t come on there. I ask for no tomatoes and they’re still on there. I even check the ticket to make sure it was ordered correctly and it’s on there! The workers there are nice, they place is cleaner, and don’t get me wrong and the food usually taste good but my order is never correct. You’re better off ordering at a different location.

Second time I had a bad experience from getting a delivery. This time the delivery driver left my order at the end of the sidewalk by the street with my bag open in the hot sun. Not acceptable. My sandwich would have gotten hot and chocolate chip cookies could have melted.

I drive an extra 5 min to come here because the other location near my house is not good. I always order my usual unwhich tuna and this is ALWAYS perfect. The other location always mess up my order

Got my order wrong. They promised a coupon for next time. Called next time and they said there is no coupon and there was no apology.

If I could give a -0 for polite and courteous that's what I would do. instead i'm going to file a complaint of discrimination towards customers for the little gal with the multi-colored hair. Which isn't the issue - she was bullying her staff, pushed one out to the way to show the other my dad's truck which had a veterans sticker and a trump sticker and she suddenly grabed the bread and literally threw it and the food on it and put paper on it and threw it at me? I'm 62, and come from olld school and would never treat fellow employees or customers this way. She threw my sandwich at me and didn't give the young person trying to get my order a chance to finish before nodding her head my trucks direction. I know companies are having to fish for employees but maybe this is whty this Jimmy Johns is empty and I've been three times before when other people worked there and it was not like this.I am going to report this to the Jimmy Johns corporate irregardless of private ownership because it reflects poorly. The next thing that really bothered me was the two hispanic men that came in and ordered while I was checking my sandwich - they too got the throw the sandwich at them and cold shoulder treatment, in fact worse. My dad was a 32 year veteran an even in retirement served and worked for many on his own time to help other veterans and people. He loved the underdog - yes the world has gone wrong, yes there are bad situations but this should enter into our service. You know many are suing people like this for discrimination - maybe it's time just a regular person such as myself looks into this? Or you could counsel your little demon.

Really love after being a loyal customer for this place for over a year that my severe food allergies were not a concern after continuously not making the right order!!Dietary restrictions: Ben the supposed GM didn’t care if his staff has made so many wrong orders ????? When food allergies are there ? Really I have the horrible voice recording of this call too!!
