Ate here three times the past two months. All three created an upset stomach within 3/5 hrs. Not food poisoning - food contamination! 3/4 bathroom visits each time. Come on people! Clean up your act. Clean your boards more. Clean your containers more be more aware of cross contamination. Wash your hands more. And be nicer to people. You all look so miserable there except the really tall dude, he’s a sweetheart.

Jimmy John’s is delicious.However I made the mistake of online ordering the wrong thing. My bad. I thought I ordered a club lulu and walked out with a tuna sandwich. The gentleman working the register did not tell me in the kindest way either. I arrive home and open my sandwich to remove the cucumbers and I I was shocked at how little tuna I received. I’m super disappointed because I always have a fantastic experience but today with the rudeness and lack of tuna in my sandwich I will not be returning to this location. Only reason I had to order online is because someone keeps answering and hanging the phone up when I called. I called 5x

I placed a big online order and was called and told that they were out of bread and lettuce as well as other ingredients and that my order would be canceled but I wouldn't recieve my funds for 4 business days. Call before you order online.

Went tonight with my daughter. They were clearly short staffed, and the two guys working were doing a great job - clearly cared and were very pleasant. Fast and correct. Restaurant and bathroom were clean. Can’t really ask for more from a JJ.

This place is horrible. We came here to order since this is the only location that opens early. It took almost a whole hour for 5 sandwiches and they couldn't even label them. We will just wait the extra hour and go to our regular location.Vegetarian options: Good options

Rock hard bread that cracks like glass, and soggy on the inside like they cut the bread and mayo'd it in advance. I know how good JJ can be but i just cant go here anymore. Its just way too expensive to be hit or miss. Maybe its just this one location.
