I was double charged for my 32oz iced tea. The menu clearly showed that the price is $11 for 32oz. When I mentioned to the server that she charged me for two she simply said sorry and did nothing to correct the incorrect charge.

Love Kavasutra, it's my favorite kava bar that has the strongest kava and kratom and it's tested and comes from a reliable source. Always a great place to socialize and make new friends and even business connections. Feels like my second family/home. Great sober bar to be able to still get the going out feeling without having to go to a bar and get drunk.

2.5-3.0 stars…I really wanted to give 5 stars, as the location and atmosphere are pretty cool. The overall culture however felt very cliquish and unsavory for a newcomer. Despite their being a range from new to seasoned kava/kratom users in the group I had gone with we were all spoken to like children, and when mentioning having used (x) before, the guy working kept ignoring anything mentioned saying “yeah I’d recommend that instead” also he said he didn’t have anymore of a additive to the beverages we’d ordered and not a minute later his “regular” came in who also happened to be an attractive female and he immediately had some of the addative, and the kratom yea he also claimed to be out of. Very unwelcoming environment for new patrons overall unfortunately. If you wanna do your own thing and ignore the host and hope he eventually gives you the time of day to order it was be rad, but for a genuine comfortable experience where you feel welcome unless you know the dude working there I wouldn’t bother… unless you’re a cute lady who wants to give him your attention I guess ?

The Karma House will claim their kratom is "ethically sourced". I don't care if kratom comes from the dirt outside; stronger = better for me.The TV's also have always something interesting on them. The Karma House employees put on the most boring stuff (i.e The Bachelor)I don't like The Karma House also because it has less motorcycles. This is an issue.Overall, I'd say Sutra is better as a whole.

I still do not u sets tabs understand the ass flavored drinks. First time there and didn't receive any sort of explanation. Felt nothing except a numb tongue after choking down the terrible drink. Won't be back.

I've been in twice. I'm not sure kava is really for me but the location is neat, kinda dim but it fits the vibe. Both times servers have been helpful and kind.

Wasn't a good experience. I walk in there and get told to order a drink now I haven't even looked at the menu which frustrated my friends and I it so packed that you can't sit or stand anywhere not in the way so we stand about a foot from the door . As we are try to leave my friend goes to pay for a drink and all 3 bartender ignore him he ask politely 3 times to the closest bartender where she was legit standing there n doing nothing but looking at her phone. When he pay the one that finally notice him didn't even move the card read to an easier position for save enter of pin or as him to come to an area where payment would be easier . All in all customer service sucked n welcome or feeling to come back is never
