Placed my order online. Order confirmation said my order would be ready at 7:20. So I pull up at 7:20. Restaurant looks empty. I check the online tracker, and it says my order is ready. Great! Nope... Guy in the drive thru tells me my food isn't ready, and that I need to come inside and wait... ? I finally walk out around 7:40 with my food. Placing my order ahead of time was supposed to SAVE TIME...Why have an online tracker if it's not accurate?!? I ordered 2 combos, it's not like I order 40 pieces of chicken. I live right around the corner and stopped coming here because of bad service. I gave em another shot and they let me down again.

I bought a cod basket meal for $15.The cod pieces are small and not worth the price, I didn't care for their macaroni and cheese, not very tasty.But what was nice is the guy put an extra piece of cod in my meal ?.?And I didn't even ask ?But probably because I had to wait like 15 minutes for them to bring my food outside. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my meal.

They left me out front waiting for 20 minutes. I finally requested a refund and they told me they can't do refunds, "it's impossible". Can't and won't are not mutually exclusive. The employees kept ignoring the request and tried to shove the food at me over and over and pretend I never asked for a refund.When I asked for a receipt to give corporate the receipt number for a refund, the supervisor on duty tried to ring up a new receipt that wasn't even paid. When I demanded my own receipt he told me he couldn't go that far back. (Maybe 5-6 new orders had been placed). Then he's trying to tell me the employees said I yelled at them and "it's on camera". Bro, I may have spoken sternly or even let a cussword slip, but I never yelled, good try, check your cams then...I won't be going back to any KFC after this. Filing a chargeback with my bank. They will pay more in fees than they would've if they just refunded me.UPDATE: The owner called me the following day and apologized. Apparently his policy is to not give refunds, however he expected the workers to use their discretion or maybe ask him in a situation such as this where the customer didn't even get the food. He offered to refund me either in person or through meal comps delivered by mail. Given the tension of the previous night I think it is best to go the coupon route. I will update the review once they show up.

Food wasn't good and triple charged my card. 100 bucks for a burger and some chicken tenders AND waited 15 minutes to get it. Hopefully get my money back. Will see. Not
I can’t believe that your food taste so crappie. Then because I don’t like the mashed potato I was charged another dollar to switch to get fries that were gross and I don’t know what you have done to your coleslaw but I didn’t like that either. I ordered a small lemon cake and I didn’t get that at all. My whole deal that cost me an arm and a leg for was really bad. The chicken is greasy and the pieces are really small compared to what it used to be. Like I say my experience was bad

Terrible. I was first amazed at the prices for fast food $$!The food tasted so incredibly terrible that my kids and I threw half of it away and then I had the pleasure of throwing up all day the next day and 3 days later I still feel terrible. Please don't eat here! And please, please don't eat the fish!!!I do apologize to the lady who brought my food to my car, after waiting for more than 10 minutes, I was rather cranky and I was rude to her, I apologize for that.
