We've been here several times as we live in the area. Unfortunately, the last 2 visits are the reason we won't be coming back. We went last night for dinner with our two sons. They got my youngest's order wrong, part of my order wrong, and my husband's food took a lot longer to come out than everyone else's. We had to ask for refills on drinks and chips more than once, and to top it off, there was a thick, black hair in my food. Although they were apologetic, they blamed everything that went wrong on their brand new cook. The visit before last night's visit, we sat out on the patio. It took forever for someone to acknowledge us and take our order. Again, we had to request refills on chips and drinks multiple times before getting them. Part of the food order was incorrect at that visit as well. We're pretty bummed as we really like the ambiance, decor, and staff, but won't be returning.

I love this place. The service is amazing. My service dog is allowed with no problems. The ladies that work on the floor Nancy and Delia are the best. So welcoming when we come in the door. The food is excellent. We eat here quite often. I'm a regular and one continued to be a regular.
