Came through the drive thru and was parked. EVERYONE BEHIND ME got their food before me when I had two meals. They LOST MY ORDER so they asked for my receipt so they could fulfill my order. Came out COLD AND large fries were 1/4 missing I asked the lady who brought my order I got attitude about it when the car next to me I could see their large fries overfilling the container obviously taller than the bag itself. So I was annoyed. THIS IS NOT OKAY MCDONALDS.

The McDonalds at Jewell street and Wadsworth Blvd in Lakewood is the worst place to go to. They are very hateful when you put in an order. Or they mess up an order. Like it was my fault that they messed up my order. They should check bags before handing them out. And yes that is what I do when I pick up my order. But the the heavy set Hispanic lady behind the counter was rude. Did think I understood Spanish and called me a stupid idiot. When I told her in Spanish I may look white but I am Hispanic and understand every thing you say. She just laughed at me. It's sad that the owner doesn't know that his employees are doing when he is not there. Its like they don't care about the customer. Which the customer is the one that keeps them in business. I not going back there. And when I told others about what happen they said the same thing that they are rude there and would go to Wendy across the street or Culver's.

Ordered through the app and picked up in drive thru. For home to find out large fries 1/4 empty and my wife's burger with no cheese. The sticker say NO AMERICAN CHEESE. I wonder where they get this cheese?**maybe they printed the fries on the box so I think I have a full container?
