Just came from a pop up collaboration between Moon Raccoon and The Inventing Room, their second one. All I can say is 'De-Frikkin-Licious!' Their various creative cream filled cruffins, the sausage rolls, the croissant that has 'Katana Steel' levels of folds in it THAT ALSO HAS A BROWNIE STUFFED INSIDE... They don't make it home unscathed. None of them. I look forward to their next pop up... I WILL be there.

The most amazing baked goods ever! They use locally Miller flour from Boulder and everything is baked in Denver. I have found them at a couple different events like bazaars and they have the best looking pastries. I got the corn bread cookie and coconut cream cheese danish. Both were mind blowing-ly delicious. Corn bread cookie tasted exactly like corn bread but it was better than regular cornbread. The woman running the stand was so friendly too. I also love the design of their stand. Highly highly recommend!

Moon Raccoon catered dessert for our ~200 person wedding and did a fantastic job—they made a big spread of pastries for us, including a great vegan option (tahini chocolate chip cookies) and egg-free option (peach jam croissant-muffin hybrid). They also catered plain croissants for the morning. Everything was delivered on time and was delicious. We spent ~$11/head between the breakfast pastries and dessert, and guests raved about the dessert menu.

Tried it by chance at the Colfax Farmer's Market, and I am so happy I did!!! Best almond croissant I have ever tasted in my life, and I’ve been to Paris ;). It was flakey, slightly sweet with just enough crispy chewiness. YUM!!!! Can’t wait to go back next week to pick up more pastries to try!!!
