I ordered for delivery through the noodles app and was incredibly disappointed. They burnt the chicken to a crisp. My pasta was bland and dry. My daughter’s meal was missing the meatballs and I paid for extra feta cheese which i did not receive.

I hate to admit, but I order noodles quite often, and I must say that today’s batch of buttered noodles has got to be the worst I have ever had !the noodles are way over cooked mushing together barely any butter and just isn’t good. Usually it’s really yummy but idk what happened today may want to check on

It's always a classic taste here. The food comes out fresh hot and fast. I use the app to order ahead and do pick up orders. The Wisconsin Mac And Cheese is a great classic and a good deal. The place is always very clean and the workers are incredibly friendly and always working hard and very busy. I look forward to trying some of the other thing that noodles and company has to offer besides the classics! They even sell rice crispy treats which is on my list for next time for sure.

Ok last time we went would have been the 4th time in a row that our order was messed up. I had started to write a review last time but decided against it I mean messing up our two person order four times has to just be a woops error right? (Ok so there food is good and my orders been fine) This is my husbands story.So tonight my husband calls and ask if I want noodles. It's convenient and on his way home. He also just got done with a 12 hour shift. Tell him what I want. About 10 minutes later kinda joking I text him to check his food before he leaves. He said he did. This time they had the wrong tortellini had to redo the meal. Then before he left they forgot the chicken.Good food but really 5 times in a row the orders wrong? This is also through there app so it's not like they misunderstood what he said make sure you check your food. Getting home with the wrong food is always a bummer.
chicken soup was barely hot. Josh was very nice took it back and heated it up and made it steaming hot.when opening the salad at home all the lettuce was soaking wet and essentially ruined the salad. Ate it anyway because hungry. called the store, told them but they didn’t seem interested. Kind of pathetic

i’m just now leaving noodles and Company and I am giving them five stars the place was very clean they were working as a team the young man taking the orders was polite and professional and the girl doing the cooking was clean I watched her wash her hands twice in 10 minutes it was efficient and I’m giving noodles and company five stars without even taking a bite of their noodles yet make it five stars for service cleanliness good attitude even before I eat the delicious date

Honestly, I used to work for noodles and company…. And I’m not too sure what they changed about their Mac n cheese but it was salty and bland not like it used to be. My husband got the buffalo mac n cheese and it was not good either. The food was only warm not hot and we ate at the location. The location off of South Wadsworth was for sure better!

The food is good. Service with a smile. But it has turned into a delivery and Togo service establishment. It is in the "fast casual" segment. But the last 2 times, I waited nearly 30 min for my friggin pasta bowl. They have way too many Uber eats, or whatever, to service.
