I ordered Buttered Noodles with shrimp but I got noodles in oil and no shrimp I will not order from noodles and company again! P.S. the noodles are dry like they just put them in a microwave

Noodles were cold and dry with hardly any sauce. Chicken also lacked the buffalo sauce. Very bland and flavorless. I wanted a comforting bowl of mac n cheese and was so disappointed in what I paid $13 for. I honestly would have rather made Kraft mac n cheese at home, at least that tastes better and would’ve been warm. Also came here to read reviews to see if it was just me or a bad night, but apparently this is typical. Then I found out about the roaches here and literally threw away my food. I’m disgusted. Never coming here again.The employees were nice and provided great service. But to management/ownership- please get your $h1t together and fix this. You need to take those reports very seriously. We need a PUBLIC reply to those reviews letting us all know if you’ve passed a health inspection since then and what you’ve done to mitigate this problem. Otherwise we can only assume it’s still an issue. You can easily get sued or shut down for having roaches. I literally wasted my money here, and could get sick. Once it’s CLEAN, take time to teach your employees how to make proper, good food like the other franchises.

Good food and service. VERY disappointed in the recycling and sustainability options. We were served in plastic when there was ceramic options and there was no recycling options in store. Even when asked they said it all goes in the trash.Edited to add: to add to above the response from company seems positive so I will follow up with them.

Had a delivery order, wasn’t ready yet so told to wait. 2 minutes later, another employee put it in the heating area behind counter. First employee who told me they would tell me it was ready, did not say anything. Ended up waiting 5 more minutes until I got up and checked the order behind the counter myself. It was my order.

This might be the best serviced Noodles and Company in the entire nation. Mandi has gone above and beyond all of the expectations of Noodles and Company.Last night I came in and picked up a to go order for me and my wife as she was sick and wanted some chicken noodle soup. I also picked up some buffalo mac for myself.When I got home I gave my wife the chicken noodle soup and tried to open up my buffalo mac. Low and behold the plastic was giving me hard time and sure enough my dinner ended up on the floor.I was so disappointed!Tonight I came in to see what I could do. Sure enough Mandi had excellent customer service skills in showing the Goodness Guarantee of Noodles and Company. I only wish the best for Mandi and I know she will take this company to new heights. Thank you Mandi for our delicious & hot Chicken Noodle soup, Buffalo Mac, and Penne Fresca Shrimp (Feta & Parmesan)!With love and compassion,Chris & Christina
