I loved Old Chicagos food. The pizza was decent but the boneless wing in memphis dry rub were outstanding. But this is the last time i order or eat there. The last 5 times my wings have been horrid! Small and burnt to a crisp! Absolutely NO tender juicy meat inside. They basically took meat from lunchtime, fried it again and coated it in rub. Your food is garbage now.

There isn't an elevator for handicap assistance but our party was booked on the top floor. How is this not against ADA standards? We've paid for a party that I didn't get to enjoy because there's far too many steps, how is this allowed?
