The staff were very nice and gave us a great portion of food. Unfortunately the guy cooking and on his phone continued to undercook the Kung pao chicken twice. Very rubbery and under cooked. It tasted terrible.

If you are gonna order from this panda just go in person and make sure they do ur bowls correctly. Ordered online from this place a few time and every single time there’s something wrong. Missing food, weak portions, and even whole missing order WITH my name on the bag THAT HAVE THE CORRECT ORDER. Like can the staff not read?

Got a family meal here today and the containers ended up only partially full. Some of us were a little hungry after dinner tonight. Also found labels inside the orange chicken with plastic and all. I guess the people who work at this one are just incredibly sloppy.

I live nearby and frequent this panda.I really like this location for the most part. Portions are good, the staff is friendly and efficient.The only problem is that 6/10 times the chow main is burnt to an absolute crisp. The whole thing tastes like char. I'm not a picky eater, but the entire serving will taste like it was incinerated in a bed of campfire coals.

I eat here alot. Nice spot. I don’t understand how there’s a line of people right now, 4 people working, and only one person serving people. Everyone else is cleaning up so they can leave as soon as 9 hits… it’s before 8:30 and they put all the chairs up so we can’t eat here… even though THEYRE OPEN. These places blow my mind these days.

I swear these employees hate their lives this woman told me we were just waiting on noodles and then had my entree sit on the assembly line, she talked to her coworker for 5 mins and then went back to make them. There are 6 employees here how does that happen it is 5:30pm. And the guy cashing out did not speak to me at all. Then they had a line and no rice.

8:20 on a Saturday night and signs are turned off, chairs are on the table, only rice and orange chicken available and the employee says we are done cooking for the night. Change your sign to 8:00 if you don't want any customers after 8:00. Very disappointing.

The servers there look like they don’t want be there. They have lots of staff and im the only one in the store. They are super slow. No greeting, lazy attitudes. Worst customer service panda I’ve seen.Food looks dry and looks like they have been there for hours.Manager should pay more attention to operation as well as service speed and employee attitudes.

I found the worst Panda Express, the fried rice tasted burnt, the broccoli in the broccoli beef was raw and the beef tasted like pure soy sauce. The worst part was not even the food, it was the service, the gal taking the order literally rolled her eyes after every sentence and seemed so unbelievably bothered to scoop. I won't be going back to that location ever again.

I have went here a few times and the servings are always small for the entrees. As well as I specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce, right before checking out & they didn’t give me any.Food can taste subpar to some other panda I’ve been at. Never had this issue with Panda Express in Texas

My coupon code form Panda Express's own site was not respected! When I asked "Why?" The answer was, "Maybe you used this code already." Although I didn't. Then the ladies behind the counter said, "There's a problem with the computer. There's nothing we can do about it."I have no problem with a price hike when it is honestly communicated, but to be promised a discount and to present the coupon code I was emailed, and have it not respected when I showed up is an underhanded bait-and-switch tactic! This is in the family of "False Advertising!" I am not upset at the lack of food, but of the lack of honesty.I am a fair man. I believe everyone deserves a second chance and if Panda Express wants to make amends, then I am open to revising this review.Until then, it shall stay as it stands!

I came in I ordered a bigger plate two sides half Chow mein half rice and she insisted to put food when I didn't want food on that plate I wanted it the orange chicken separate in a med box then she continues to try to put the food where the chow mein and the rice was I didn't want it like that I wanted it as I said in a separate box so I switch English to Spanish she still wasn't understanding and she was raising her voice and giving me attitude at this point so I obviously got mad and told her that she didn't have to give me her attitude that I was talking to her in a polite way my mood changed once she gave me the attitude she said that there was cameras and audio to confirm what she did and I I said that was good because I will be filing a complaint cuz she should not be treating people that way when I went and calmly I spoke to her niece she didn't understand me so I switched to her language that way I could explain to her better and still she was rude then her co-worker was like oh if you want to cash her out cuz I'm not going to do it and I was like okay I do not need you to cash me out I had not even spoke a word to you so I don't know why you're trying to make yourself a victim here and it was just a horrible experience and I've been going to this over 4 years to this Panda Express!!!!!
