Every time I come in here, I get ignored. I tend to come here because it’s closest to me and saves me a “time” but every time I walk in here i get ignored by every employee. If i don’t ask for their attention i do not get any service. Today an old man (employee) walked passed me and ignored me. A lady walked in the door and suddenly she had his attention. Very unprofessional experience every time.

Very expensive and Not great, the grilled cheese and steak and cheese sandwiches were barely cooked. The bread that came with the soup was tossed in the bottom of the bag..very unsanitary.

These people are horrible. I ordered on the app and selected the $1 soup promo. I picked up my order and got a hand written note on a sharpie saying that won’t honor the promo because they don’t know how to apply the promotion for an app order. Really? I asked to talk to the manager and rather than just the order snd getting me a cup of soup for a $75 order, she says that she can’t do that because they never told her how to honor the promotions on the app. I spent $75 there for lunch for my staff and they can’t fix the problem with a $1 cup of soup. REALLY?? Lost my business

the most rudest cashers, shauna cough up on my bagle and doesn’t use glove, ever and literally escalating this to corp. please avoid going here as i cannot put into words the level of incompetency, a total waste of money at this location. i wouldn’t recommend, the worst!

This place has gone downhill over the years. Not specifically this location but the company in general.5 dollars for a fountain drink to try and convince people to join their monthly sip club? Are you actually serious?Two people can't eat here for less than 40 dollars? I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

Garbage! Ordered the warm Teriyaki and broccoli bowl and it came out looking like oatmeal. No joke! My wife ordered a cheese and broccoli soup in a bread bowl. It came out, not in a bread bowl. Ordered a pepsi, it came out like tea. They then said, o yeah where out. The place was dirty and disgusting. This place sucks! Definitely, won't ever be back.

Shauna the staff trainer at this location deserves some respect and appreciation.She is very knowledgeable, competent, personable, and professional.Definitely a cut above her peers!I always appreciate her level of service.Panera's food is good and wholesome.I have belonged to the Sip Club since Christmas of 2023.It is a screaming good value!I love their French onion soup - it reminds me of what I cook at home.Their Asiago cheese bagels with just plain butter are simple and amazing.Their herbal hot tea is some of the most flavorful tea I have had in a restaurant.I do wish they had more beverage options for those of us who try to stay away from caffeine and sugar in our drinks.This is not unique to Panera though - almost every restaurant I got to has very limited options in this way.Bummer for those with Diabetes trying to make healthier choices.Overall, I appreciate their mission and dedication to healthy food preparation.Parking: Plenty of handicapped ♿️ parking.

Fairly expensive for an okay sandwich with a really mealy apple. I asked to have my sandwich cut in half and the staff was under the assumption I knew all rules and gave me a quick lecture about store policy. I won't ever do this again mostly because I'll never go back. I'm sure some people love this place, it has potential but failed this time.

The Manager Stephanie Is So Kind, Caring & AMAZING With Her Customer Service Skills. I Wish She Could Work At All Food Establishments! I’m Currently Pregnant & Can’t Eat Much, Not Only Did She Read Off Ingredients To Me Of The Soups But She Also Gave Me Samples Of Both Soups! She Rang Me Up At A Different Counter So I Could Take My Time & She Was SO Patient While I Decided This Was My First Time At Panera & I Will Forever Return To This Location ONLY Specifically Because Of Her! She’s Amazing

Something is wrong with this Panera location. While I have made my peace with panera's high price / low quantity combination, they now insist on literally watering down their product. "Would you like a beverage, sir or ma'am? We are required to fill the cup with ice before we pour the beverage." Making the explicit request for no ice does no good.No other Panera in the Denver metro area does this. Why here??
