Terrible service, I ordered it with delivery and they lost my order. I went to the store and they don't have any orders with that name! Even when I showed them the invoice, they did nothing, it was just lost.

Well ordered a pizza asked for extra cheese was charged for extra cheese and got home I can see the sauce and crust where's the cheese people you charge 2 bucks and I get nothing this is our first time trying papa John's pizza wow should have bought from somewhere they can see the order says extra

I have not had Papa John's pizza in a decade or so. We saw the tv commercial for the new garlic stuffed crust pizza and opted to give it a try. Ordering was extremely easy from their website. We ordered pick up as the store is only five minutes away from the house. It was ready in 15 minutes and waiting for us when we arrived. The young woman that gave us our order was professional and very pleasant. I found the price to be a tad on the expensive side. The building was clean and well organized. The parking lot was clean and well maintained. My wife really enjoyed the pizzas we ordered but I was a tad less impressed. I found it a tad doughy and couldn't take the "garlic" that looked so extreme on tv. The garlic dipping sauce was good but the buttery flavor backed up on you pretty fast. All in all it was a solid 4 experience. I'm not sure I'd choose to order again as I've found other local pizza shops to be more to my liking. Your mileage may vary.

We order from here regularly and it’s pretty consistently good. We had extra people for a family party and one of the pizzas wasn’t made quite as we ordered. I called and explained and they re-made a new one, no problem, apologized profusely and gave us a 2-liter of soda. Thanks for the great customer service and we’ll keep coming back!!

The delivery driver said he couldn't find our HOUSE. After waiting 30 mins after our notification that it was on its way.. mind you we live literally 3 blocks away.. the driver never called or got out of his car to even look for our house amd when we called the lady who answered was rude and hung up on us after she said she refund us. ? most horrible customer service and they have drivers that can only do half their job. Smh
Apparently Papa Johnson is not a corporation and managed independently which prevents you from ordering a pizza if the app has decided you still live at your last apartment. I tried deleting all addresses(I was not allowed) I tried adding a new location and manually entering it in, it STILL DECIDED I LIVE DOWNTOWN AND CHARGED ME $38. When I called to have the pizza remade to the correct address I was told ‘it’s not possible, we’ll have to charge you again’… The point of corporation is the fluid exchange of information. You serve no purpose, I hope you fail

Excellent new york-style 16-inch pizza as you can see three toppings sausage pepperoni and black olives. Only way to go in Denver Colorado. Papa John's. The only thing that could have been better would have been too buttery sauces for that 16 in New York Pizza . Should never be stingy with the sauce boss.Vegetarian options: They have peppers, onions, mushrooms ?, olives ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are compliant!

I had placed an order for delivery through the app, I didn't receive a call despite me being right outside my building. I had called them to find out what was going on and they said they would send the driver back out, I sat outside for an additional hour and tried to call again multiple times just for nobody to answer.
