I had written a sour review for this store after I got a pizza that had looked to have been dropped at least once. On that I know it was likely DoorDash. The store was busy so I sent an email. They responded by offering me two free pizzas. I live alone so I just took one, and unlike when dominos or Pizza Hut replace an order papa John’s did NOT charge me a delivery fee or tip. So papa John’s replaced my pizza for free free. Not $10-$15 ‘free’ like the other places. After being disappointed with the last pizza, the one they sent for free was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thank you papa John’s and special thanks to Anthony for making everything right.

We ordered a 4 topping large. The crust was excellent, the pie was cooked perfectly. However, the toppings were so scarce that it was easy to take a bite with nothing but crust and cheese to chew on. For what we paid, it was a rip off. Not happy, at all!!

Ordered an XL Pizza. Was told that it would take a half hour. Almost 2 hours later and still haven't gotten it. Tried calling the store for an hour and nobody answered the phone. I'm not leaving my name or order info so your driver can waste their time and gas like you wasted mine. Good luck figuring it out. ????

This sausage pizza was not worth my time or my money, it tasted like it had been sitting around all day, cold and hard crust, hardly any cheese & the crew members are very rude.

Dark wasn’t sure if they were open. And twice now I’ve ordered from an employee whom is more than unpleasant to be working. The food was NOT fresh! The veggies were old and rotten. I will not be ordering from here again.

The young lady working right now (2:15pm) i think made my papa bowl. ... It's PERFECT! THANKS! ? It's not dry and hard like it always is at another location i go to ONLY for convenience. And as always i got friendly service and my food is good!This is the best location.

I’m really disappointed. Now Papa John’s uses door dash to deliver their food. So of course the driver couldn’t find my apartment and my food wasn’t kept in a bag and arrived cold. That’s my last papa john’s order.

Terrible. It has been going down for a long time. The last pizza I had was soggy, but, the most recent time I ordered, my order was cancelled in the future, and nobody answered the phone.To expand, I placed an order at 9 PM, on a Saturday, and was told 31 - 41 minutes. I waited until 9:35 and looked at the online tracker, and it said "Order cancelled 9:46." It wasn't 9:46 yet! It also mentioned Door Dash, which surprised me, as I thought Papa Johns hired their own drivers.Since I don't support the practice of having random drivers bring me food, this officially ends my support of Papa Johns as a delivery food outlet.However, I was more just wondering why my order was cancelled, so I called the store. It rang and rang and rang. It rang more than I thought a phone could ring. I left it on speaker phone and it rang a solid five minutes before it went to a busy signal. I did that three times in total. Nobody ever answered.I then called the number back but pressed 3 to make a new order instead of 2 to inquire about a placed order. This time someone answered immediately. I asked him why they are not answering the other line. He said orders are taken at a main center, not at the actual store, and placed orders are dealt with at the actual store. I asked him to contact the store, and he seemed like he didn't care if it was open or not. He was ready to take a new order and send it to the store, but he did not want to confirm that the store was taking calls.I decided to just email corporate and give up. It sort of ruined my evening since I am late and that was my one chance at food before I leave. Now I won't eat until 3 am and it's Papa Johns fault and I sure as hell will never attempt to eat from this location again. What a bunch of unprofessional losers. Every single employee who was working or was supposed to be working tonight at that location should be fired.
