We had a hair in our food, lettuce for the Vietnamese egg rolls was rotten. The herbs for the Pho bowls we got were brown and rotten. A few of the eggrolls were half-fried. We talked to a manager, and they wanted us to drive back out into this current snowstorm to return the food to get a refund. Enjoy the pictures and the 1 star review. Do not eat here! Food is disgusting and customer service is even worse. Found hair in my food, the lettuce included with the egg rolls was rotten and brown, the egg rolls were barely cooked, and the herbs that came with the Pho were also rotten. Taste of the broth is mediocre at best. Called the manager and he would not issue any type of refund. Everything is insanely overpriced for the quality. Complete waste of money.

Pho Vietnam used to be my “if I’m desperate” Pho stop. They did something in the last year that made it my go-to. The combination bun is phenomenal and the spring rolls + peanut sauce are all I want.Please don’t come here, because I’ll have to wait longer to get my food.

I wouldn't come back here nor recommend. Pho was ok, but banh mi was sub par. Also this place price gouges for extra noodles. Rice noodles are basically free from a cost perspective, but extra costs 30% of the total price, same as a double portion of meat. Doesn't make any sense. Watch out, they might charge you $4 for water here, too.

Came for good Pho, Stayed for a 2x4.The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, but most of all, the service was excellent. Upon leaving the restaurant my friend and I realized we had a flat tire. Unfortunately our jack was too short for the car and we needed something to prop it up. I went inside and asked one of the workers if they had a wood board, and sure enough a few moments later he came out with one I could use. Unfortunately, by the time we finished replacing the tire they had closed, so we were unable to give the board back and had to leave it outside. Thank you so much, you guys were a godsend and helped us out a lot. I hope you found your doorstop where we left it! Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I have been coming here with friends family and my partner for the last 10 or so years the atmosphere is so homey and welcoming and the broth is amazing I could live off of it definitely a place worth checking out to me this is home truly one of the best hidden gems there
