Thank you so much to the manager who helped us find my son's retainers which were wrapped in a napkin and thrown away. The manager graciously helped us dig through the garbage to find the retainers. The food was great and the service was terrific!

I used to enjoy going to Red Robin, it used to be a nice place to stop after work and grab a quick bite and a drink at the bar. On this visit, my boyfriend and I chose to sit in a booth.Our server was polite but towards the end of our meal she began to rush us out. She also placed an unopened Truly's in front of me, which is an alcohol violation. I couldn't understand why she would want us gone as a party of about 8 people was also seated in her section. Maybe she was going through something or really needed to be home for some reason. Perhaps she wanted to focus her efforts on the larger potential tip, I have no idea.Either way, this place is going downhill with incredible speed and I can only guess that Red Robin (and similar-styled franchise restaurants) won't be around for much longer if nothing changes. Somehow they simultaneously pander to everyone yet cater to none.

My daughter and I came in late after painting. The service was great. The manager sat us and served us. The food was quick and correct. My burger tasted like a dirty rag. It was late and we wanted to get home so I just ate the fries and we left.
