It's great! The food and the aesthetic are on point, speaking as a native North Carolinian. The service is straight Colorado, which is a little jarring in combination.

Delicious breakfast spot! They have different daily biscuits which are always unique and delicious flavors. Love that they support local artists by displaying and selling their work in the shop. One of my favorite places in Lakewood.

They've done a fun job of converting a hair salon to a restaurant. Good music and ambiance. Good to find another local establishment.

They took a long time making my food when it wasn't that busy. Then, when it finally came out, I was unimpressed by the quality.

Wow. The food here is absolutely delicious. I eat here multiple times a month and have never had a bad meal. The employee with pink hair and another employee with the beard and hat are so kind and always greet me when I come in. I love how the art on the walls rotates from time to time. 10/10 I would recommend eating here.

Great food, friendly staff and the inside is super clean. Can't go wrong anytime ordering from here.

Cheerwine, oh sweet Cheerwine. It's literally the only place west of the Mason Dixon Line where you can get a fountain Cheerwine and country ham biscuit. Loyal fan here! Now, all you need is some Carolina swag on the walls to complete the experience.

The food is good....but there is this short hair chick, currently with red hearts dyed into her hair, that works there and she is beyond AWEFUL! She is a sour frumpy miserable puss of a person. No matter how bubbly and kind I am she is just a nasty person. If I was the owner I wouldnt want her representing my company as her customer service skills are truly aweful! She doesn't even greet you or smile. She just says, "what do you want" all rude. You think with hearts in her head she would be a more loving kind person...HA! Not to mention she had her gross dirty bag and jacket on the counter right next to the espresso machine. Super unhygienic. The food is good! And the cook in the back is pretty nice but that girl is so bad I seriously won't go in there if she is because she just sucks the joy out of you. You eat her cancer! Her vibe AINT vibing! Do better biscuit place...cause she ain't it! Also this was not a one time situation. It's every time I've been in and she is working so like 4-5 times now....

We set out this weekend to try a new breakfast venue and support our local owners. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service that we received, and the food quality was poor. The hashbrowns were cooked in old oil the smell was awful. We ate at the location, but they provided our meal to go. We opened the biscuits and ate off the paper wrap and when finished, we noticed that the grease from the biscuits had soaked the into the table we were sitting at. We wish this new kitchen the best but recommend improving with the following: - Greet your customers and thank them from coming in - Ask them if it is for dine in or take out - Change your oil frequently to avoid getting the customer sick - Change your menu up to include complete biscuit meals for breakfast instead of à la carte

Biscuits were dry for our taste preference. They left out the gravy in our takeout order. There are better biscuit options based on this

This sweet shop offers open bright atmosphere with Local Artist on display and beautiful plants everywhere. The biscuits are delicious. I just wish they had more vegetables other than avocado which has been subpar when I’ve ordered it. things like spinach and mixed greens would be a great addition.

So glad to have Rise & Shine in the Eisner neighborhood! They make great biscuits and have a variety of delicious coffee options to round out any weekend breakfast. Hopefully more businesses like theirs will continue to set up in this area of Lakewood.

I was a regular at the Sloans Lake location and was so excited they opened in Lakewood. The country ham with a runny egg is delicious! Love the creative biscuits of the day. The hash brown is amazing! The drip coffee is fair-hard to make delicious though. I wish it was the same as the Metropolis drip or Queen City! But, I know Pablo’s coffee has its own following too! So glad to have this place in the neighborhood!

My favorite biscuit sandwich in the Denver area if not anywhere. Had the 'Ashville' so delicious & inexpensive!
