We celebrated our anniversary at Simms 10 years after having our rehearsal dinner there for our wedding. Our server was fantastic and the food was perfect. We love celebrating with Simms and highly recommend it!

The food and wine were very high quality. If you're looking for the perfect steak, seafood, and wine to pair, this is the place. But the best part of the meal was our waiter, Edward. He should be commended on his professionalism and wits. He is top class.

Micah was the best bartender I’ve ever had. Made me laugh, was super attentive and had my drinks full at all times. Ask for him when you come in you can only regret it.

We were served at the table by Jacqelie and she did a fantastic job taking care of our party of four that included our young children. She understood pacing and the idea of low pressure, following the clients need. The ambiance and vibe was elegant and relevant. The balance between the views through large glass of a march winter storm and the warmth of the fireplace felt coonected to the natural world and to the feeling of cozy. The food was nearly perfect. I loved their corse mustard on the cheese and meat aptz. The mingon was equisite. I go out of my way at home to souce great beef and i know how to prepare it. So it is rare that i eat at a steakhouse and feel impressed. I was impressed. It had such an amazing beef flavor. Though i gave all 5 stars as a shout out to an american restaurant that impressed me (a comparison to other usa based restaurants) there were 3 areas that needed attention. The salads we ordered were lackluster in two ways, freshness/quality of lettuce and quality if dressings. The second area is the bread service. The "dinner rolls" are not bread. There are many great bakeries in the area. Use them or make your own bread. The last area was wine. Two things can be said. Variety and price. There were hardly any italian wines. Hardly any french wines. Regarding price it needs to be recognized that a 3 to 4 x markup really limits the experience. A couple out for an evening should not need to spend 150 for a 38 bottle of wine that actually matches the quality of the nicely aged, well prepared beef, lamb, or sea bass.

Unfortunately our experience was a little disappointing. Our service was the worst part - our server did not tell us about the specials, he did not offer to take our order and he barely paid attention to us. He made us feel like we were a total inconvenience and we had to call him over for anything we wanted - including placing our order. The food was mediocre and the steak was not worth the price point. The views and the atmosphere were lovely but we were very disappointed with the service and the food. We had our whole table seated by 6:45 and didn’t leave until 9:30 because the service was so slow.

Absolutely breathtaking panoramic views from any table, reservations encouraged but very flexible, I have never had a meal where EVERY single item was perfect but they made it happen and then some for my birthday dinner. NY strip cooked perfect and I’m Nebraskan so I know steaks, GF had Salmon it was delicious too! Super polite and informative server. My GF and I will return…even if we are from out of state!(: thanks a million Stephanie for the legendary service! -Wyatt & Angie ?

Not very impressed. We arrived 15 mins before our reserved time. We were sat after our reservation time. After being sat it took nearly 10 mins for our server to come greet us and get our drink order. We put our entire order in at once because of how long we saw others waiting. It took nearly 40 mins to receive our appetizer of raw oysters. My husband's tea was never refilled. We were told one price for their tomahawk the waitress came back and said “there's a slight price difference. It's not $75 it's $125.” That's not a slight difference but $50 difference. The steak was not seasoned at all. The scallops were severely burnt on one side and overcooked as a whole. We ordered a side of parm fries and asparagus. This came out 10 mins after the steak. The fries half way through the bowl were so greasy you could squeeze grease out. The asparagus tasted like it has been soaking in vegetable oil to cook. We saw our server once while eating and nothing before getting our food. Total maybe 4 times through the hour and a half of being there. Definitely won't be going back between the service and foo

One of our favorite restaurants to get an excellent piece of prime rib. Staff is friendly and professional. Food has been perfect every time we've been. Drinks are strong and tasty. The ambience is excellent and it has one of the best views of the city in Denver. 10/10 would recommend!
