POISONED when they got my order wrong, which I should have checked as they frequently get things wrong. Can't eat gluten as celiac, and they freaking poisoned me with a regular wheat bun. Now vomiting and will be on the toilet all night. Wasn't even busy- just one other customer. Don't think I'll ever come back, honestly.

We ordered ahead online. Arrived to find a completely disengaged young man at the counter. He could have cared less that we were there. He handed us our food and we drove away...3 minutes down the road we discovered it wasn't our order. Flipped a U-turn, went back into the store and he handed us our correct order - he said the names on the order were similar and he was confused - fine. However, we should have learned from our first issue and checked the bag before we left. Drove down the road again and found out we were missing tater tots, but didn't have any interest in going back to the store. Annoying.

Yall I used to come in here all the time but for a while now, like at least a few months, whenever I go in I have to leave before I physically vomit due to the wet mop water, backed up plumbing smell that is so pervasive and horrible. What the hell is going on? Please fix this oh my god, your poor employees

Walked and was told I couldn’t even place an order for 5 min. The cook in the kitchen needs to be able to catch up. So sitting here waiting to go up again so I can place my order. I’ve never had this happen in any restaurant. Not even place an order, can’t even have a drink while I wait. I get it if they’re behind but this is ridiculous. There is literally one group of five people sitting in here right now waiting for their order. The place is literally empty right now.

I ordered the avocado club double and there is literally no avocado in it, why did I even order that at almost $15 when I could've order a normal double for cheaper to then just to find out there is no avocado when I get home
We decided to eat at Smashburger, which was the first time. My wifes black bean burger was decent she said, the kids cheeseburger was fine, but my avacado bacon club crispy chicken sandwich was awful. I don't think I've had a chicken sandwich so dry and bland before. The chicken was hard and overcooked and dry as the Sahara desert. The bun was hard and just as dry with zero flavor. Even the cheese I added, combined with the avocado and mayo didn't help at all. Talk about a let down. I love salt, but the tots and the smashfries were so overly salted we couldn't even finish them.

Spent $80 on six burgers and six sides. I got my burger with a side of onion rings (I ordered sweet potato fries). The onion rings were my sons and were burnt so we took them back. My son’s burger took 20 minutes longer than the rest and came out with a few of the burnt onion rings on it. Then when we asked for the replacement sides of sweet potatoes and onion rings, they looked confused about us never getting them. I asked for a manager and he was also the cook. Gave me a piece of receipt paper as a business card. Horrible service and not great food. Do not recommend!

Restaurant was slammed and unfortunately understaffed. 2 employees Jordan and Scott are rock stars. Totally killed the heavy rush. Kudos.Kid-friendliness: They got chicken tenders

Another place that's local to my workplace, so convenient for evening stops (or lunch on the very rare occasion I don't take my own). This Smashburger location has not let me down. The staff are always friendly. The food is pretty good and freshly made and ready at the specified time of ordering online. Smashburger produces a good burger for being a fast food chain and worth the prices that are shared by places like McDonald's and Wendy's, where I often feel robbed because of the lackluster quality. I usually get the classic double and the beef, cheese, condiments, and veggies are doled out in good ratios. I'm glad they're close and conveniently located because I will be visiting on occasion when the burger mood strikes!

4.5. The flavor was decent despite the patty and cheese being a bit on the burnt side. Not too salty, not too bland. The meat is tender and wonderfully spiced. It's smashburger. I'll be back.
